I stayed in International Conference centre Hotel one night with my kids. I feel very warm and comfortable and I like this hotel. Great location, great reception, great room service, great breakfast, great welcome security! I feel that the management of the hotel is very good and the staff service is very good. I don't know their names, but I remember their smiles and enthusiasm. I have to wash clothes every day because I take care of my children. Every time I have trouble the room attendants to run around. But they are always smiling and warm service. I have lived on the 19th floors. I know Tim, Eric and Edwin, and two other people who do not know their names. Thank them very much! We had a lot of luggage, so it was very difficult to get in and get out. They were very patient. They helped us take the luggage upstairs when they saw a lot of luggage. This hotel is a hotel under the Accor brand, focusing on business. As for the soft decoration, it depends on personal opinion. I personally don’t like it very much. The color tone is dark, which does not show the sense of luxury, but rather ”dirty”. It feels that the sanitation of the ”opening” is not completed. The decoration smell in the room is very strong and choking. There are many bad facilities. The wallpaper on the elevator wall is uneven and too cheap. The design of the light switch in the room is messy. It is either fully open or fully closed, which makes people collapse! The management is not in place. For example: when the restaurant is not open, the chairs are actually placed on the table. The sanitation maintenance of the public area toilet is worse than that of the shopping mall. It is terrible... The breakfast variety is not rich to begin with, and the ”crab sticks” in the noodles are not even packaged with adhesive tape! ! ! The staff in the restaurant do not wear uniforms, which is very unprofessional! Of course, it is not completely useless. The hotel laundry room provides washing and drying machines and two types of pillows. In short, I am disappointed with the Novotel brand, and I am once again puzzled by Ctrip's 5-star rating!

This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

The facilities are very old, and the cabinets, doors and furniture inside seem to have not been replaced for more than 20 years. The door didn't even lock, there was no/very little hot water, and it wasn't hot enough, so I didn't take a shower that night. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in is definitely the Pound Sterling. I do not recommend this hotel at all. This time, because I was the only one staying there, I could deduct all my Ctrip points. I originally paid over 100 yuan a night, but ended up paying over 60 yuan. After entering the room, I wanted to check out immediately, thinking that I would only stay for one night and then leave, and I would never stay again. Apart from being close to a subway station (Lingdou), there are no other facilities nearby. There is a convenience store below the hotel, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to a slightly larger shopping mall, but there are not many people there. Breakfast was included but it was just the basics. I can't eat it either. Anyway, it’s much better to stay in some newer chain hotels/B&Bs than here. This house is really not worth living in.

The bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, and the room is continuously occupied. The housekeeper will clean it every day, and even the pajamas on the bed will be folded and placed on the pillow. The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good. A very satisfying stay experience. Although the Light Residence Hotel under Atour has only been open for a few days, I can feel the professionalism of the team from top to bottom. The shacha noodles are freshly cooked, and you can choose the ingredients yourself, and the fresh shrimps are still alive and kicking. The other thoughtful details are also good. Comparing with the nearby Four Seasons Hotel, I decisively switched from the Four Seasons Hotel to Atour Light, which is really worth the money. There is no need to compare the hardware. As for the sleeping pillow, it allowed me to sleep well all night and I didn’t feel the earthquake that night at all. Come again next time~

Just See the Sea is worthy of its name. Just across the street is the beach. It is very convenient to watch the sunrise. Huangcuo Beach is a few minutes' drive away. It is newly opened and the facilities are relatively new. The children like the little yellow duck theme room very much. There is also a Lego. Parking is also very convenient. It takes more than 20 minutes to drive to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. There are many places to eat around. Takeaways are delivered upstairs. The service is also very good. If you need anything, they will help you solve it immediately~

A very nice hotel! A bit “run down” compared to the other ones we stayed at, but still very well kept and clean. The room was big and spaceous, the bathroom just amazing (we had the room with a bathtub). The staff was nice and the location is good. We did have to order to eat, since there are no restaurants nearby, but this is not a problem for us. The pool was a surprise (we are from Europe), since it is closed for a few hours during the day, and we had to wear a swimming cap. For ladies I also encourage you to wear a one piece - I had a two piece and was quite uncomfortable since every other women was covered up (long sleve shirts and pants). But overall i believe this is a great choice if you are looking for something near the beach, to go on evening walks along the coast. Would recommend!

After all, buying the Botanical Garden costs 30/ Man, there is a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The kettle for boiling water is very dirty. I wanted to make noodles. When I take a shower, the water always splashes outside and the ground is wet. Then the slippers for taking a shower are not dry when I put them on. It feels very bad. This breakfast is provided, but I really need to pay attention to the hygiene. The fruit is so dirty and the best thing is the eggs.
