Hotels in Aluohai Plaza/Songyu Ferry, Xiamen

In the end, the hotel provided me a dessert that I originally should have given me, and I felt a little better. ---♡♡♡ A hotel that keeps saying it can't be done. Since the lounge was under construction, I heard that lounge benefits were available at the cafe on the first floor, so I made a reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told number 3 that they couldn't do anything because the lounge was under construction. They gave me the key and told me I could go up, so I asked them if they had forgotten anything, and they answered no. When I showed them the hotel reservation conditions, they gave me a name tag and two snacks as a special gift. In the end, I went out to eat, and when I asked again, it turned out that I had given the wrong answer. They say they can give you cake, fruit, and coffee just within three hours. I'm full, but it's amazing. The weather was 30 degrees and the swimming pool was under construction so I couldn't use it.

The used shower caps left by the previous guests were still in the bathroom. The bathroom was probably not cleaned up. There was no toilet paper. There was no shelf, so the shower supplies were placed on the floor. The hair dryer didn't work. I changed it in the morning and it didn't work either. I checked it myself and found that the bathroom socket was broken. The air conditioner remote control had no power. There was not even a service phone number in the room. I had to go to the front desk on the first floor to get it myself. Except for the hotel lobby which was quite good and convenient parking, everything else was not good. The front desk asked the robot to deliver the hair dryer, but it stood outside the door without saying a word. I didn't know to ring the doorbell. If you don't open the door, you won't know it's coming. It was a bit silly. Be careful when choosing this hotel.

廈門之行入住海景麗呈睿軒酒店非常棒，一次完美的體驗！！！ 1.酒店就在嵩嶼碼頭對面，步行200米即到，關鍵是從這個碼頭到鼓浪嶼乘客不多，不用排隊。另外，酒店自帶停車場，方便我們停車。 2.我們預訂的海景房，酒店房間很大，每天礦泉水不限量供應，晚上8點半以後還在餐廳供應熱粥和小菜，值得點贊。 3.一羣年輕人在打理這個酒店，很貼心也很用心，更是值得推薦和點！！！

The hotel is situated across the old city centre, where you have to cross the Haicang highway bridge to get to the other side. Occasionally, the traffic shows the Haicang bridge is slightly jammed due to busy traffics, but it doesn't take more than 8 minutes to cross the bridge in total. We found the location pretty convenient as we drove. Free parking was available, and the facilities were great. Swimming pool and the gym were all clean and well kept. Our room was just as the same as the images shown, and as promised high rise with sea view. Sadly the weather was a little misty, could not really see clearly across the water, but the night view was great! The breakfast was excellent, a great variety of western and Chinese food available.  The package we bought came along with a little sharing platter treat, including alcohol and music performance. However, we were slightly overloaded with the delicious Xiamen cuisine, we asked the hotel to switch to a room service fruit plate instead, and they were extremely happy to do so. Also their service was extremely well, if you order delivery, they would send your items up by the robots.  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Hualuxe hotel. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Xiamen. 

Even though our hotel is slightly further from town but it’s less noisy and crowded. We took a family suite, it was spacious. We spend a lot of TV family time during dinner time when we order food in. Special thanks to our room service ladies ‘ 陈益娇 和 陈雅娟‘ for keeping our room absolute fresh whenever we return back!

The decoration style of the store feels very simple and stylish, with a little characteristics, very suitable for 📷 taking pictures. This time, the Green Select experience is great! Step into the lobby, the warm and elegant decoration style is refreshing, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is quickly completed. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the night was good. The bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water is sufficient and the water temperature is stable. The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with Chinese and Western food to meet the needs of different tastes. The surrounding transportation is convenient, close to the subway station and bus station. The gym equipment is complete, and you can sweat as much as you want in your leisure time. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist holiday, this is a great choice, come back next time!

The service team at the hotel is really professional and they are thoughtful in every detail. When I checked in, I found that I had a lot of luggage. The front desk staff immediately arranged for the bellman to help me deliver the luggage to the room. The bellman's service attitude was very good. I also chatted with me along the way and made me feel very relaxed. In the room, I found that the temperature of the air conditioner was a bit low. I just wanted to call the front desk and the room attendant took the initiative to contact me and ask if I needed to adjust the temperature, which surprised me. There is also a tea set in the room, and you can have a tea after work! There is a beverage vending machine on the first floor and it is convenient! Although the location is surrounded by industrial areas, the scenery outside the window is actually very good. The green plants that can be seen everywhere in the hotel are quite beautiful, and the details are full.

The location is particularly good, downstairs is the sea, and the opposite scenery is a must on the platform upstairs! Not far from various attractions, just take the bus ferry directly outside. The decoration of the homestay is also very chic and the hygiene is very clean. There is a restaurant on the second floor, and the photos are very good. Next to the Luogu Wharf, you can reach Gulangyu in 8 minutes. It's really convenient. The housekeeper is also super good. Stay here next time you come to Xiamen~
