Hi, the hotel staff are very kind and caring about the guests , The hotel's 2nd floor Chinese restaurant service is very poor and the food tastes very bad, please don't think about it I'm a foreigner I'm living in China since 2003 I knew china every provence and city, I'm traveling china and around world, I have a child 15 years old my wife is Chinese since 2008,

The design of the room is simple and modern, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sanitary details are in place, which fully meets the standards of mid-to-high-end hotels. Especially intimate is that the front desk 24-hour service responds quickly. When encountering the noise problem in the next room, the staff coordinates and solves it as soon as possible. The attitude is professional and patient.

I was traveling to Xiamen with my family for both business and pleasure and we were happily surprised by the Indigo Hotel Haicang. Very nice and well maintained hotel, staff is very professional and friendly, rooms are well designed and very comfortable and breakfast is absolutely one of the best we ever had, for this level of hotels. A special thanks to Eric and his team at the front desk, made our stay even more pleasant with their professionalism and friendly attitude. Will surely be back and recommend this hotel.

The environment is good, the night view of the room is great, the hotel service is OK, the front desk staff needs to be trained, there were some minor problems during the stay and the room manager made timely adjustments, and the hotel still needs to pay attention to breakfast.

our stay in this Hotel was a nice experience. Amenities totally fine. Also the service after we found something to claim about. Actually this was the disappointing part: the room was clean and prepared but the a final check would have been fine. So they would have found some leftovers from the customer before and some damages. But the claim was handled very fast. Communication only in Chinese also no problem, thanks to electronic translators. But one disappointing thing I need to mention: the seating in the breakfast area: No idea what kind of system for seating during breakfast they had, but not to be able to find a place for 3 is a no go when there are plenty of big tables (＞5persons) blocked by just a single person…

Hotel is well situated at the wharf with a few minutes away from many busses that are able to take you to the various attractions. Front desk staff was friendly and helped where asked. Room was clean and also cleaned every day.However the hotel needs some updates. View of wharf was beautiful at night and it was a novelty to be able to enjoy the city and wharf skyline in its full glory while having a nice bath. Did not take breakfast at the hotel and this would be my only negative point in that the eating area seemed to be dirty all the time. Other than that it was a good experience.

The first stop of 2025 was Xiamen, and the first night was Courtyard by Marriott. Manager Lin, the front desk guy, worked hard and quickly got me the room card. When he knew we were traveling on a special day, he immediately helped us upgrade the room and sent us breakfast coupons. I like this hotel and the front desk manager Lin for their care. The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was good and it was easy to fall asleep, the sound insulation was also very good, and I slept sweetly all night. The cleaner would say ”hello” to the guests. I called the front desk to get a razor 🪒 and it was delivered quickly. There were many varieties of breakfast and they tasted good. The overall feeling was great, and I gave it a five-star rating.
