This hotel is located right next door to Xingleen Bay Hotel; I decided to try it out for a different experience. The area by the sea is quite undeveloped, but if you walk about 500 meters in the other direction, you'll find dining options. They offer a free shuttle service to Xiamen North Railway Station, which is a great convenience. Breakfast: There was a decent variety of choices, and it was quite acceptable. **Facilities:** The gym is a bit small, but the outdoor swimming pool is lovely. The hot spring is right next to the pool and isn't very large. It was my first time soaking in a hot spring that overlooks a road, which felt a bit unusual. **Cleanliness:** Clean. **Ambiance/Environment:** The lobby is undeniably grand, but it leans towards a somewhat gaudy, nouveau riche aesthetic. It almost feels like an attempt to mimic Macau's decor, but the overall scale and attention to detail don't quite meet the mark. However, the rooms themselves are quite elegant and tastefully decorated. **Service:** 1. The staff have an excellent service attitude. 2. A minor point: access to the hot spring is limited to a single use. 3. Furthermore, much of the information displayed on public signs about hotel operations and timings is inconsistent with reality. My advice is always to call the front desk for the most accurate operating hours.

Kids friendly hotel with great playground for kids and an bit outdated spa area with lots of play areas for kids. Everything feels but outdated but still clean and functional. For the value you get the price is fantastic. Service really great and our kids felt very happy and comfortable. Location is ok, no beach in front of the hotel but everything is in close distance and can be reached on 5-10 min by car.

Breakfast not like before poor breakfast than berfor breakfast price can't 20 USD,Swimming pool & cabinet's are very dirty no towels and slippers in the cabinet's, also sauna & steam room's aren't working, and gym room dirty, staff's not helpfully, swimming pool and gym room staff's, Room director manager. The stay experience exceeded expectations! The environment is clean and comfortable, the service is intimate and thoughtful, and the details reflect the intentions everywhere. Whether it is hardware facilities or humanistic care, it makes people feel warm. The front desk lady is warm and professional, the check-in process is fast and efficient, and it is intimate! Room service responded promptly, the needs raised could be solved quickly, and I really felt at home. The bathroom was designed with reasonable dry and wet separation, the quality of toiletries was online, and even the hair dryer was a big name! The soundproofing effect of the room is very good, the view outside the window is also great, completely worthy of this price!

My stay at the hotel was memorable and super addictive. Besides the location and friendly behavior of the staff, I think the Management are very knowledgeable about Hospitality. A gift of fresh fruits on arrival? Damnnn, I'm going back there 😍😍😍

The location is perfect if you are visiting Jimei University. It is just beside the gate. In front of the hotel is Wanda Mall. The hotel serves good breakfast. They change the menu of the main dishes everyday. There are about 4 vegetables and one meat that changes every day. They also serve good noodles. The hotel has a laundry room. You can wash your clothes for free. The food in the mini bar are all free. They provide drip coffee and leaf tea in the room. The staff are helpful. My aircon won't cool and they went to my room immediately at 3am to change the settings. I highly recommend this hotel.

It left a lasting impression. The guest rooms are simple yet elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the bay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it feel like I was wrapped in a cloud, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom details were particularly noteworthy: the separate wet and dry areas were well-designed, the water pressure was strong and stable, and the high-quality toiletries, with their subtle fragrance, added a soothing atmosphere to my bath. The breakfast selection was surprisingly varied, with a balanced mix of Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties, freshly cooked noodles, and an egg station. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were authentic, and the coffee was rich and energizing, providing a refreshing start to the day. The restaurant's elegant ambiance and prompt service and refills of water were a truly delightful experience. The hotel's location is also very convenient, adjacent to two major shopping malls and offering easy transportation. There are also a variety of dining and shopping options nearby. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this is an ideal choice. Most commendable was the professionalism and hospitality displayed by hotel staff member Xie Xinming. Since it was our first time in Xiamen, he patiently and meticulously introduced us to Xiamen's famous attractions and local delicacies. His warm greetings conveyed genuine care and concern. This stay was more than just a relaxing break; it was truly a pleasurable experience. The value for money was exceptional. I would definitely choose the Sheraton Jimei Hotel again and sincerely recommend it to all quality-conscious travelers! 👍🌟

The hotel environment is impeccably clean, and being surrounded by trees, the air quality is excellent. The gym facilities are top-notch. Rooms feature double-layered soundproofing, ensuring a very quiet and peaceful stay. Upon check-in, as a member, I was treated to complimentary welcome fruits and drinks, and my room was also upgraded. For breakfast, the pastries were delicious, and the mung bean soup was a refreshing treat, perfect for cooling off.

The environment is very new, with smart appliances and very good front desk service! I am very satisfied, and the price is very cost-effective! I am sensitive and I didn't feel uncomfortable staying here. . . . I slept very well! I will come again next time I am on a business trip! And there is a beach just a few steps away!

I drove to Xiamen on the weekend to meet a friend and booked the Hilton Garden Inn online. Having stayed with this brand in other cities before, I didn't hesitate when making the reservation. Upon arrival, I found it to be excellent, as always. Stepping into the lobby, the cool air was an immediate antidote to Xiamen's sweltering 38-degree heat we'd experienced for the past two days. The lobby also had juice and boiled water available, which allowed my family to rest a bit and made the check-in wait time much more pleasant. The room was very clean, the air conditioning cooled very well, and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip!
