Hotel opened in Dec 2024, all amenities are brand new. Check in staff named Guyue very helpful and detail in explaining the rooms and booking process. Was given free breakfast. Self service laundry & supper provided. After checked in found room sewer smell strong, called housekeeping & they immediately sent technician to clear the pipes. Room facing Laohucheng, 630am there will be garbage truck coming hence noisy for 10 min. Network coverage very bad, difficult to load pages when using apps.

It was my first time in Xiamen. The hotel was easy to find. It was located on the side of the island ring road. You could get off the bus and reach the hotel entrance. It was very convenient to travel. The sea was just a few steps away. In addition, the room was very clean and the environment was beautiful. The hotel front desk had a very good attitude and warm hospitality. They also prepared a travel guide for us! ! ! Recommended

First of all, the breakfast is quite rich and tastes good Facilities: The toilet is very clean and the shower water is big enough! Service: The service staff is very active in cleaning and will take the initiative to greet you Environment: Zhongshan Road on the left and Xiamen University Shapowei Twin Towers on the right are both within 2 kilometers, which is very convenient for walking and cycling.

Bad experience, 1st time stay also will be my last. 1, bad check in experience (GSA face didn’t have any expression) no any explanation for room n also didn’t mention breakfast at all too. 2. After stay in the water pressure got prob very slow then call 3 times to FD n 3rd time only pick up my call then offer to change room. 3. We change to new room bt the light keep auto on n off for 1st night and I didn’t ask to change room cos I tot bulb issue so is ok . 2nd night horrible ,the curtain auto close n open. But can be said Hotel room view is nice and also location . Hope their GSA can be train be more professional as this is 5 star hotel n price alsp not cheaper.

No loss for a 5-star praise store. I chose a long time before I came. I want to go to Nanputuo Temple but I dare not book the bad reviews of many hotels around. Only this one did not find a bad review. Come with the mentality of trying. But after arriving at the store, the manager came to greet the luggage 🧳 and felt very warm. The room is large and very clean! There is no dust on the flowers in the room. The cleanliness of this room is no less than that of a five-star hotel. I may be an occupational disease, I will look at the details very carefully, shampoo shower gel and hand sanitizer are full of bottles. Toilet paper 🧻 is also for unopened. It also makes me feel that this store is doing well! I brought the elderly over, the most worried about the health problem, but I live here with peace of mind.

Found a treasure B&B in Xiamen! Who knows? 5G is coming in autumn in the ancient house in southern Fujian. Every corner is easy to film. 📷It is impossible to stay in the peak season. 😭 The occupancy in the off-season is only more than 300. It is really a good deal! ! ! ⚫️Excellent location It’s a few minutes’ walk from the B&B to the beach🌊It’s also very close to Shapowei and Zhongshan Road~ You can also discover a different Xiamen by walking around as you please. ⚫️It is worth mentioning that the service attitude of the B&B butler is really super enthusiastic! ! Very attentive introduction. If you have any questions, you can reply in time. I’m very considerate. I’ll stay here again next time! !

So glad I booked this hotel! It really is as pretty as in the pictures online! The staff is really lovely and friendly. Even upgraded my room into this one with balcony! I am so happy! View is amazing with the pool how lovely. The location is also perfect really close to the beach and the tourist attraction ”Zeng Cuo An” they are walking distance, really convenient! And yet this hotel is quiet I love it! Xiamen is a beautiful city. Will definitely come back again and I would love to stay in this hotel again 😊

My overall recent stay experience was quite positive. The hotel is conveniently located, and it's easy to access everything I needed during my stay. The breakfast selection was decent, and I appreciated the variety of options available. However, I did encounter an issue during breakfast: I accidentally bit into a small stone in my meal. While the staff was quick to respond and removed the dish promptly, it left me feeling uneasy. Despite the incident, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the hotel was overall comfortable. I would still recommend it, but I hope they can consider improving meal preparations to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience for all guests.

Great location, just a few minutes walk away from the metro and abit further up, the botanical gardens. Service staff were excellent, plus drinks and popsicles are always available at the lobby. Will love to stay here again.

Environment: OK Service: OK Facilities: OK Very convenient, Zhongshan Road is just outside, and it is also convenient to find food~ The hotel will come to sort out and replace toiletries every day, and the price-performance ratio is very good.
