We had a wonderful stay at Portman Hotel, and the picturesque surroundings truly made our experience special. The views are simply stunning, creating a beautiful backdrop for our getaway. Because we had to change rooms to Ruihai's suites on New Year's Eve, the housekeeper also helped with the room change and luggage arrangement. The service was in place throughout the whole process. The hotel environment is very good and it happened to be the winter limited snow town. It was beautiful to take photos and check in [Rose]. Xiaoye at the front desk helped arrange a room where you can see the snow. It is worth recommending!

The person who received us at the door helped us store our luggage first, and then sent it to the room. We walked there first. The two sides were not far away. We walked through a corridor and a staircase to get there. However, we couldn't find the building we were staying in because it was dark, nor could we find the town reception. After searching for a while, we found that there were several buildings # written on the door. It is recommended that the town reception can have a more obvious landmark hahaha. We didn't look up at first. It turned out that there was a row of large titles. Looking at the map, I thought the reception was in the attic upstairs.
