Do yourself a favour and stay at this wonderful hotel. From check in to check out the service was impeccable. We were provided with an early check in after correspondence with Jasmin who was only too happy to assist with our request. Received a room upgrade which included an amazing view overlooking the beach and skyline of Nha Trang. Although the hotel is one street back from the beach it is a short walk only to get there. The room was amazing, a true 5 Star in my opinion. Comfortable bedding and pillows, the luxurious and modern fittings in the room are a testament to the designer of this hotel. A beautiful bathroom with a stand alone bath, accompanied by a large shower with a rainfall shower head. Relaxing rooftop pool with a bar and an amazing view over Nha Trang. Gym facilities are also available. Breakfast was amazing with a large variety of food. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and always made sure you were being looked after. The reception area was very classy and this was replicated by the classy service by the staff at reception with a special mention to Ninh and Tien. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel and don't hesitate in booking. I stayed at 3 hotels in Nha Trang and this one was clearly the winner in so many ways. You will not be disappointed.

The location of the hotel is OK. It is just one street away from the beach. There are convenient restaurants and many SPAs around. The front desk staff can speak some simple Chinese, and there is no barrier to communication with translation software. The only drawback is that the music from the bar opposite is too loud at night, which affects sleep.

It's not up to five-star standards at all, worse than domestic four-stars. The only advantage is that it's very close to Nha Trang Beach and Chenxiang Square. It's surrounded by shops and various restaurants and massage parlors. It's very convenient. It's also close to the island pier and the balcony is small. Standing alone, how do the corridors and balconies look like a five-star hotel? No one at the front desk understands Chinese. Even when I called to ask for two bottles of water, I had no choice but to ask the tour guide to help deliver the water to the room.

The water quality of the downtown swimming pool is also good.

Very good experience, living on the 19th floor, with a great view. We had diarrhea because of seafood. Special thanks to the front desk lady Van Anh tien for giving us a pack of her own anti-diarrhea medicine, which stopped us, and also helped us book a taxi.

The hotel is cheap, but that's the environment at this price point. So don’t expect too much, the restaurant next door is relatively new! But the location is pretty good

Excellent hotel on the second line, across the road a large shopping center with a food court and a cool coffee shop, a bunch of local restaurants. 100 meters away is a night market, the view from the room is excellent, which is not blocked by other hotels!

It's pretty good. I stayed in a sea view room for a few hundred yuan. The guy at the front desk upgraded the room for free. It's very close to the beach and you can see the sea. There is a shopping mall and a lot of delicious food downstairs. The hotel called a taxi to the airport, which is cheaper than taking Grab. The breakfast is also very good

It’s already a very good hotel. Everything is good, especially the swimming pool is very beautiful. There are quite a lot of breakfast options. However, when booking, I clearly mentioned that there is an option to upgrade to a room, but in reality there is no option. Everyone needs to pay attention to this.

The hotel is located in the city center near the beach. There are mini-shops, massage parlors, and a night market nearby. During our 2-week stay here, we didn't get tired of the breakfasts - something new appeared every day. The staff is very responsive and friendly. Special thanks to the employee named Tien Ninh Thien for her help and assistance. The impressions were good! We were in the pool on the roof of the hotel more often than at the sea. Surprisingly, there are never crowds there and there is always the opportunity to relax in a calm atmosphere.
