Do yourself a favour and stay at this wonderful hotel. From check in to check out the service was impeccable. We were provided with an early check in after correspondence with Jasmin who was only too happy to assist with our request. Received a room upgrade which included an amazing view overlooking the beach and skyline of Nha Trang. Although the hotel is one street back from the beach it is a short walk only to get there. The room was amazing, a true 5 Star in my opinion. Comfortable bedding and pillows, the luxurious and modern fittings in the room are a testament to the designer of this hotel. A beautiful bathroom with a stand alone bath, accompanied by a large shower with a rainfall shower head. Relaxing rooftop pool with a bar and an amazing view over Nha Trang. Gym facilities are also available. Breakfast was amazing with a large variety of food. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and always made sure you were being looked after. The reception area was very classy and this was replicated by the classy service by the staff at reception with a special mention to Ninh and Tien. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel and don't hesitate in booking. I stayed at 3 hotels in Nha Trang and this one was clearly the winner in so many ways. You will not be disappointed.

The location of the hotel is OK. It is just one street away from the beach. There are convenient restaurants and many SPAs around. The front desk staff can speak some simple Chinese, and there is no barrier to communication with translation software. The only drawback is that the music from the bar opposite is too loud at night, which affects sleep.

It's not up to five-star standards at all, worse than domestic four-stars. The only advantage is that it's very close to Nha Trang Beach and Chenxiang Square. It's surrounded by shops and various restaurants and massage parlors. It's very convenient. It's also close to the island pier and the balcony is small. Standing alone, how do the corridors and balconies look like a five-star hotel? No one at the front desk understands Chinese. Even when I called to ask for two bottles of water, I had no choice but to ask the tour guide to help deliver the water to the room.

The water quality of the downtown swimming pool is also good.

Very good experience, living on the 19th floor, with a great view. We had diarrhea because of seafood. Special thanks to the front desk lady Van Anh tien for giving us a pack of her own anti-diarrhea medicine, which stopped us, and also helped us book a taxi.

My family got a free upgrade and it was very satisfying. The room with a beautiful sea view, spacious and airy. There was free breakfast and when checking in, we were given a plate of fruit. The hotel is in the center, surrounded by delicious food. If I have the chance, I will come back.

The hotel is not bad, close to the sea. About 3 minutes. At the beginning of the trip we lived in "Vinpearl Beachfront" and therefore had something to compare. In Gonzalo there are no closets, shelves and hooks for clothes. The balcony is narrow, small. Breakfasts are worse, there is no good tea and coffee. No choice of cheeses. And in general there are many nuances because of which we regretted that we left "Vinpearl". The only thing is that the price in Gonzalo is cheaper. It is better to pay a little more and live more comfortably.

Excellent hotel for the money. Very good location. Almost in the very center of the European quarter, next to Lotus and the night market. We had a room with a sea view and a balcony where you could sit at a table and enjoy the view. The room was very clean, cleaned every day. Decent breakfasts. We recommend it.

The hotel is quiet and clean, which is nice. There aren't many Koreans, and there are mostly Russians. I think Chinese package tours come here sometimes. On the last day of my trip, a big bus came in. The downside is that the shower water pressure is weak. There are no sunbeds or umbrellas in the pool, so it's hard to play in the pool during the day. That's about it. I would stay here again. I really liked how quiet the hotel was. (It could be because it was a city view. I've heard that the ocean view is noisy.)
