Neat and Tidy hotel. Has a lovely rooftop pool with a beautiful view. There's also bar service. All working here are very helpful.

The hotel is nice, new, on the second line. Good service, everything was replenished on time. I liked the breakfasts. The disadvantages are sometimes problems with beach towels and the lack of a balcony in the room, where you can't dry your clothes. The location is good, everything is nearby - exchangers, shops, cafes. There is a beautiful but small pool on the 20th floor.

Nice hotel, but very loud outside. Staff was ok but are not as friendly and were speaking to me Russian all the time although I am not from Russia. Took very long to check out. They wanted to check to see if the room was ok afterwards. The pool was so crowded that I couldn’t use it or a sunbelt. Breakfast is fine: A lot of Asian options.

Do yourself a favour and stay at this wonderful hotel. From check in to check out the service was impeccable. We were provided with an early check in after correspondence with Jasmin who was only too happy to assist with our request. Received a room upgrade which included an amazing view overlooking the beach and skyline of Nha Trang. Although the hotel is one street back from the beach it is a short walk only to get there. The room was amazing, a true 5 Star in my opinion. Comfortable bedding and pillows, the luxurious and modern fittings in the room are a testament to the designer of this hotel. A beautiful bathroom with a stand alone bath, accompanied by a large shower with a rainfall shower head. Relaxing rooftop pool with a bar and an amazing view over Nha Trang. Gym facilities are also available. Breakfast was amazing with a large variety of food. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and always made sure you were being looked after. The reception area was very classy and this was replicated by the classy service by the staff at reception with a special mention to Ninh and Tien. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel and don't hesitate in booking. I stayed at 3 hotels in Nha Trang and this one was clearly the winner in so many ways. You will not be disappointed.

The bedding was clean, and since it was newly built, the bathroom and building facilities were clean. The 20th floor swimming pool facilities were comfortable and good, but it was too deep for children to play in. The breakfast was also delicious. It seemed like there was nothing to eat, but I ate a variety of delicious food. You can see Vinpearl Island and the beach at 1 o'clock through the window. It is in the city center, but close to the beach, I would highly recommend it for repurchase next time.

Location, new rooms, balcony, everything is great! I will write only one small minus, what shift will you get in cleaning. I had to remind. Breakfasts are wonderful, you can always choose something for yourself. I recommend, we will stay there again. A nice moment, on my birthday we came to the room, and there was a cake!

It's a good value hotel. It's in the city center, so there are a lot of shopping, massage, and restaurants. The night market is right in front, so it was good. The room was clean and nice.

Good location, beautiful view from the hotel, always cool drinks in the lobby. Polite staff!

The location of the hotel is OK. It is just one street away from the beach. There are convenient restaurants and many SPAs around. The front desk staff can speak some simple Chinese, and there is no barrier to communication with translation software. The only drawback is that the music from the bar opposite is too loud at night, which affects sleep.
