Oh my God! There's a receptionist called Lee who was super duper helpful and nice! He made us feel at home. The rooms are comfy and clean.

Personnel was friendly and helpful although calling the front desk didn’t get any reply in 2 occasions. The lobby was spacious and offers comfortable seating to rest for a bit. In combination with the clean toilets it’s very comfortable.

The hotel is easy to find and in a good location. I enjoyed the warm service on my check. However, the breakfast could be better and the room wasn’t absolutely comfortable, I felt like I was in a student dormitory than a hotel. The wifi works on and off.

I stayed at Xiamen Airlines Maple Hotel for the first time for work. The room was spacious, bright, clean, the service staff was warm and friendly, and the bedding was very comfortable.
