This place is exquisite! The service, the people and the environment was exceptional. Justin and his colleagues made sure we were taken care of, even booking our spa day for us because we don't speak Chinese. Sometimes things are harder to navigate when you don't speak the language but they made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you all for making Xiamen an amazing experience for us. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

We went there to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. They gave us a free upgrade and decorated the room for this special occasion. Thank you so much, she loved it! The view from the room was amazing. The rooftop bar is worth a visit at night.

I stayed at Nikko for 2 days the first two days, and chose this hotel on the last day of the trip. Huang Xiaolong's front desk checked in very quickly, and we didn't bring our ID cards, which was quickly coordinated. Compared with Nikko Hotel, the same problem was handled very annoyingly. I didn't want to get involved with her because I had my child with me. I asked the manager to change my room the next day. I have to say that Mr. Wang, who was in charge of the bus for the concert, was really responsible and patient. The hotel with its own beach is convenient for going to the airport and the sea.
