Hotels in Xiaozhai/Shaanxi History Museum, Xi'an

Really nice hotel with friendly staff and great location! It is right next to the subway (exit A) and across the street from 不夜城 (no sleep city) and 大雁塔 (wild goose tower). The hotel room was quite clean and I enjoyed the self closing windows. However, the toilet was too smart to be understood (to flush, turn the knob and press the button. There is no lever).

The room's interior design is stunning, showcasing the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. I particularly appreciated thoughtful touches like the weighing scale, which is neatly placed at the bottom of the cabinet, and the uniquely designed bed frame. The toilet features a Japanese-style seat that stays warm, offering extra comfort. The room layout is designed for convenience, allowing easy circular movement, which adds to the overall experience. Additionally, the TV offers international sports channels, including Premier League matches, a rare feature in many hotels. Excellent location, even more convenient than the other hotel I booked near the wall. MTR station 大雁塔站 is within 2-min walk, famous music fountain at 7pm and 9pm is within 3- min walk, with hundreds of food stalls and souvenirs nearby. The facilities don’t look the best but the 3-person room (with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) is very comfy. Bed sheets and pillow are clean, shower water is stable, hot enough and powerful. Room is spacious. Don’t expect much from the breakfast which is normal. But we could eat until 10am though the official time is 7-9:30am. If you go on an early trip after 6:30, the hotel could pack breakfast for you. Definitely a good stay for families. Plus, you could get bottled water anytime. Staff is very friendly, even helped me contact the 2nd hotel for me. Dinner at 不夜城 is reasonably priced too. Near in mind I went there before 1st May, less crowded than normal.

The hotel is in a prime location inside the Grand Tang Mall and only a few steps from Dayantang Metro station exit C. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. The light and water show is in front of the hotel. The room is brand new, sparkling clean and nice smell. The staff take good care of the customers and are very supportive to book tours and transportation. This is a great choice for staying in Xian.

This is a hotel that I would like to stay in again after having stayed there. I am very satisfied with the geographical location, decoration design, staff service, cost-effectiveness and some details. 1. The hotel is very conveniently located to the surrounding scenic spots. It is very close to the Tang Paradise and the Tang Dynasty City That Never Sleeps, and can be reached on foot. 2. The hotel facilities are very new and the decoration style is very design-oriented. From the environment in the lobby to the interior design of the room, it makes people feel aesthetically pleasing. The room is spacious and the layout is novel. You will feel amazing as soon as you enter the room. 3. The hotel pays great attention to the service management of its employees. Whether it is the receptionist at the front desk, the service staff in the lobby bar, or the cleaning staff, you can feel that the employees of this hotel have a strong sense of service and are able to think ahead of the guests at all times. The hotel also arranges special butler service. The butlers Alaia and Xiaoqin thoughtfully prepared fruits for the guests and their service attitude was friendly and polite. 4. I was deeply impressed by the service details of the hotel. For example, the rooms provided guests with high-quality cosmetics. There were many bottled waters in the elevators and other public areas for guests to carry with them. The overall smell in the hotel was pleasant, with natural aromatherapy. The coffee in the lobby bar was only a dozen yuan a cup, tasted great and was refilled for free. The service staff were warm and thoughtful, and asked me if I wanted a refill before leaving. Although these are small things, they make people feel that the hotel is willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel the warmth of the service. 5. The only drawback is that the layout of the restaurant upstairs is more like a banquet hall. It would be better if there was a small booth. But the taste of the breakfast and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda outside the window are plus points for the meal. This is the first time I have written so much feedback for a hotel on the platform because I was really impressed. If you come to Xi'an for tourism or business and want to stay near the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps or the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, you might as well come here to experience it when looking for a hotel of the same size and price. In fact, the price of taxis or online car-hailing services in Xi'an is very cheap, and it is not expensive to travel to tourist attractions in the city if you stay here.

This is probably the perfect hotel for someone in transition to the city. There’s actually some families that come here also. The room size was just right for me. One suggestion is to add an extra luggage table or chair-side table. I was splitting the week with two different hotels and decided to stay at Mr. Wu’s the whole week because the reviews turned out to be better. The location is in the hi-tech area, and walking around to multiple venues or shops is quite easy. My Cityview had some city sounds to go with it, but I actually enjoyed that. The staff did really well with helping translate a lot because my Mandarin and is not strong. It’s easy to get to a bus or nearby subway and even grab a rideshare. I only had the breakfast a couple of times, but they had a really good selection. The teatime and the welcoming fruit were a nice touch along with the gift upon check-out. I was already traveling overseas and needed to wait a full week to get into my apartment. Everything including the laundry, gym, lobby waiting area, and housekeeping service was good. I did not use the foot spa access on the second floor, but I plan to go back to the area since I’m transitioning into the city. Very clean and cute decorations. For the location and the price, this is definitely a must-stay. It’s important to note that larger groups might need more space. My room was perfect for one to two people. There was even an event room some ladies were celebrating in. Each floor lobby is a bit different. Just right.

The hotel is located in a unique location, right next to the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps. Downstairs is the famous water basin mutton, which is very authentic and delicious. After putting down our luggage, we walked to the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps for a tour. It was just after Qingming Festival, and there were not too many people. The Xi'an Art Museum and the Concert Hall were magnificent and very photogenic! There is the authentic Shaanxi cuisine of Qinchuan Babaili on the street of the hotel. The Yellow River carp and gourd chicken are so delicious, haha, and the authentic Chongqing Old Hot Pot flagship store is also worth tasting. The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright, the service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast variety is rich and complete, and the sleep is quiet and comfortable. After breakfast the next day, we walked to see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda again and drank Starbucks, and then reluctantly checked out and left Xi'an. Oh, by the way, the hotel parking lot is on the negative first floor, which is very convenient. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Xi'an. It is really the best choice for Xi'an!

Came to Xi'an for tourism. I chose many hotels and finally decided to stay at Jinxiang Hotel. I was not disappointed. The room was clean. The bedding was clean. The facilities were complete. It was convenient for travel. The bus station and subway station were right outside. It was only 300m away. It was very close to the scenic spot. The room was also available. The chicken and chicken roasting equipment were very good. I stayed in this hotel for three consecutive days. It is worth recommending.

I spent three splendid nights at Xingfuli Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a warm and friendly atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for our kind hosts, whether it be washing clothes for free, and endless and equally free supply of water or the welcome appearance of some water melon they thought we might like- we did! In many ways this was much more like visiting a close family relative so welcome were we made to feel - we were even given a present when we left. A delightful stay made more so by the warmth and kindness of beautiful people. If I’m ever back in Xi’an I’ll definitely be staying here again!
