The hotel's decor really suited my taste; it had a fantastic ambiance. The design was very stylish, with art pieces displayed in the lobby and cozy seating areas tucked away in corners. The bedside wall lamps were a thoughtful touch, providing soft, non-glaring light that was perfect for reading at night. I also want to commend the cleanliness, which is something I value most. The pillow and duvet inserts were of excellent quality, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom glass was sparkling clean, and the front desk even provided considerate items like disposable toilet seat covers and steam eye masks. Overall, this place offers great value for money.

You step right out and you're at the attractions, and our room even had a view of the city wall. The DeRUCCI mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I have to give a special shout-out to (Jelly) and (Huimou) at the front desk. As soon as we arrived, they proactively offered us bottled water. When they heard we were tourists, they immediately pulled out a map and marked all the must-see sights and local eateries that only residents know about, even detailing the best times to avoid crowds. Any questions we had were answered instantly. This level of service was so heartwarming, making for a perfect stay! The hotel's hygiene was meticulous, and the facilities were complete, even offering self-service laundry and drying, which is so convenient for travelers. The biggest surprise was definitely the front desk staff. This kind of thoughtful, guest-centric service truly doubles your travel happiness. Highly recommend!

The room hygiene was excellent, and the location is super convenient with a subway station right next door, making it easy to get anywhere. The service was truly great, and the breakfast buffet was rich and varied. As expected from a Jinjiang Group hotel, it's really top-notch. My only regret was that my autumn break coincided with many others, so my overall experience in Xi'an wasn't the best. However, this hotel will definitely be my first choice for my next visit to Xi'an. Highly recommended! I usually don't write reviews, but this one deserves it.

My family and I stayed for 8 days and genuinely didn't want to leave! 🌟 Super Clean: Both the rooms and common areas were spotless and incredibly clean. Plus, free laundry and drying facilities are available. 🍳 Delicious Breakfast: The daily buffet breakfast was a feast for both the eyes and the palate, satisfying and nutritious. The front desk also offers free hot tea and snacks~ 🚉 Unbeatable Location: Right next to the train station, and close to both subway and bus stops, making getting around incredibly convenient. There are also charging stations nearby, and free parking for those driving. 👨👩👧👦 Heartwarming Service: From the manager to every single staff member, the service attitude was outstanding – warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. This was definitely a value-for-money experience, and I strongly recommend it to everyone! Our family of three had a very comfortable trip! We will definitely stay here again next time! Thank you~
