The hotel reception and communal areas were very clean, but the corridor leading to the rooms looked dirty and lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. The room also didn’t match the pictures shown on Trip.com, which was a huge disappointment at first. However, the staff later improved the situation by replacing a dirty cushion, and the reception staff’s service was truly outstanding. My only criticism is the overall quality of the room.

The hotel's front desk staff were incredibly friendly and check-in was lightning-fast. I had originally booked two windowless rooms, but they generously upgraded one of them to a room with a window at no extra charge. The overhead shower had fantastic water pressure, the shampoo left my hair feeling soft (not dry), and the hairdryer even had both hot and cold settings. In the lobby, complimentary drinks, biscuits, and candies were available; the biscuits were especially tasty, although I didn't catch the brand. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the watermelon and cantaloupe were wonderfully sweet. There's also a gym on site. During check-out, a lovely lady at the front desk gave my baby a small gift – it was truly the first time I've ever received a gift from a hotel! All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

I had very high expectations for this stay, and I'm thrilled to say they were absolutely met, with no disappointment or reduction in anticipation whatsoever! **Facilities:** The room facilities were comprehensive, and the design was truly beautiful, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The mini-bar offered a great selection of teas and beverages. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient! There's a morning market nearby with abundant breakfast options, and you can easily find BBQ, coffee shops, bars, and local Paomo dishes all around. (Plus, Zhu Xiuying Hutaotou, my top must-try dish for this trip, is right next door!!) It's also quite close to Wenchang Gate, and most major attractions are not far away. **Cleanliness:** Excellent! The room, bathroom, and public areas were all impeccably clean. **Service:** The service was fantastic. Responses were always prompt, and the staff were very proactive and enthusiastic in engaging with guests and soliciting feedback. The overall experience was excellent! Although I didn't book the hotel breakfast due to my short stay, they thoughtfully asked us every day if we'd like to arrange breakfast for the following morning. Very considerate!
