Hotel is very beautiful and located in a quiet area of Xian but easy to get around in the old city. Metro station is very close so you don’t need to pay of taxi every time. Around the hotel there are a lot of small and very authentic restaurants so you don’t have necessarily to buy everything at the muslim (and hyper turistic) market. Prices are like the half of the I more turistic area but it’s genuine. The only bad thing is that the air conditioner didn’t work very well. It was noisy and didn’t refreshed enough. Overall a very good hotel for the prices. The hotel was very clean and there was also free laundry machine to be used on the ground floor! Life saver. I will come back here

This hotel was recommended by a friend when I was out traveling. The environment is very good and everything in the room is new. I asked the front desk to help with the wake-up service for my train ticket at 6:00 in the morning. The wake-up service was very punctual and the service was very good. It is also very close to the subway entrance. Five points!

Very satisfied with the stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Great location and very convenient to travel around Xi'an with public transportation. Just few minutes walk from Metro station and bus stop. Love the lobby aroma, feel very relaxing every time when you walk in the lobby. More than clean, beautiful and comfortable room, the service is greatly highlight of the stay. All staffs are willing to help and surprise by details attention such as wechat messages from housekeeping to explain the service and facilities, tidy up service etc. and farewell goodies for travellers to snack on while travelling.
