It's very close to the Olympic Sports Center, just opposite. It's newly opened and very clean. The service attitude is very good. We stayed for two nights. Cici at the front desk was attentive and enthusiastic. She was very friendly and took the initiative to help us take photos and upgraded our room for one night free of charge. Lele and the curly-haired guy at the front desk were also very good and proactive in helping. Next time I come to see a concert, I will choose this place.

My friend and I spent a weekend in Xi'an, and Yunyue Hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice! The location is perfect - just a short walk from the metro station, which connects directly to the high-speed railway station and even leads all the way to the Terracotta Army. The hotel is situated in a quiet, modern residential area, offering a peaceful retreat - something we truly appreciated after the usual hustle and bustle of China. Nearby, there’s a lovely park, a supermarket, and plenty of cafés, making it convenient for quick meals or snacks. Getting to the city center takes about 35-40 minutes by metro. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a pleasant scent of incense in the hallway. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room had all the essentials: slippers, shower flip-flops, toothbrush and toothpaste, an electric kettle, bottled water, and even a universal power adapter - a thoughtful touch for international travelers! The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the July heat. We also appreciated the blackout electric curtains - a nice modern touch! Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay. Overall, Yunyue Hotel offers excellent value for money - great location, comfort, and service. Highly recommended for travelers who want a quiet, convenient, and pleasant stay in Xi'an!

The check-in experience on the 12th was very bad. I was busy browsing and selecting hotels all morning, consulted another hotel, made a reservation on Ctrip, and planned to change hotels after breakfast and start the day's itinerary. When we went downstairs to have breakfast, I felt that the breakfast was quite rich and tasted good. The schedule was tight, and changing hotels would waste time, so I asked my companions: Do I have to stay for breakfast? Really, people who travel frequently know how helpless it is to have to change hotels midway, especially when you only stay for two days in total and the schedule is tight. Therefore, the other hotel reservation was cancelled. However, the service remains... I came back at around five o'clock, and the toilet paper in the cleaned room was not enough for one use of the bathroom. It's past five o'clock, and the free meals are still not available. I said if you can't do it, you can take it off the wall. If you promise and can't do it, you are speechless. At around 5:50, I received a small bowl of noodles. Let me explain, I wasn't obsessed with the free meals, it was just that my schedule was very tight and I could eat something at the hotel while packing my things as I had to go to the concerts both nights. In fact, free meals were served at noon on the day we checked in on the 12th, but we still chose to go out for dinner. I've already spent thousands of dollars on concert tickets, so I don't mind spending a few dollars on face value. The service review score increased from a female manager who I met by chance on the morning of the 14th. She listened carefully to my true feelings, arranged for additional fruit to be delivered upon check-in, arranged for me to be escorted to the station, acknowledged that the service was flawed and was prepared to work on improvements. Hardware is important, but software is more important. Attitude is important, but service skills are more important I hope that with the efforts of this female manager, the hotel can improve.
