The room was very clean, the facilities were new, and the service was excellent. Even before I entered, the staff came out to help me with my suitcase. The hotel also gave me a gift for attending a concert, and there's a check-in area on the first floor. The breakfast was also very good. Also, I accidentally left my U-shaped pillow on the sidewalk next to the hotel. After I checked out, the hotel manager, Ms. Zhou Yanping, checked the security cameras for me, found it, and mailed it back to me free of charge. I'll definitely stay here again for my next concert!

My friend and I spent a weekend in Xi'an, and Yunyue Hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice! The location is perfect - just a short walk from the metro station, which connects directly to the high-speed railway station and even leads all the way to the Terracotta Army.
The hotel is situated in a quiet, modern residential area, offering a peaceful retreat - something we truly appreciated after the usual hustle and bustle of China. Nearby, there’s a lovely park, a supermarket, and plenty of cafés, making it convenient for quick meals or snacks. Getting to the city center takes about 35-40 minutes by metro.
The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a pleasant scent of incense in the hallway. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Our room had all the essentials: slippers, shower flip-flops, toothbrush and toothpaste, an electric kettle, bottled water, and even a universal power adapter - a thoughtful touch for international travelers! The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the July heat. We also appreciated the blackout electric curtains - a nice modern touch! Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay.
Overall, Yunyue Hotel offers excellent value for money - great location, comfort, and service. Highly recommended for travelers who want a quiet, convenient, and pleasant stay in Xi'an!

GGuest UserOne of the best hotels we stayed at on our holiday! Hotel definitely deserves 5 stars for the facilities and service.
The location is very good, you are 10 minutes walk from the City Wall and also Yongningmen subway station (lift access available).
Our booking only had 2 breakfasts included but upon check in the receptionist added the 3rd breakfast for free (as it was assumed the 3rd guest was a child before checking in). Breakfast buffet (Chinese and Western) was really great, all of the selections were delicious.
The room itself was very spacious, the only thing to note is the aircon turned loud sometimes but we just turned it off when we slept. Bathroom was huge!
As with many hotels, delivery robots will bring your ordered food up to you.
All in all a very modern and practical hotel, we will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

GGuest UserI stayed in a room similar to a suite and it was pretty good. The room was decorated very well. Free mineral water was provided on each floor. The service was very enthusiastic. The room also prepared fruit for me. The hotel also provided free supper, tomato and egg noodles or noodles with soybean sauce, which tasted very good. The afternoon tea on the first floor was also quite rich, with tea. There were also desserts and fruits. The WiFi in the room was also very good. The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic when checking in. The location of the hotel was also very easy to find. It was convenient to travel as it was right outside the subway station. Free parking was available at the door. The customer service girl provided very good service. After checking out, they also had staff call back to ask if they were satisfied with the room. The service was really good and it was done from beginning to end. The price-performance ratio was also relatively high.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Sofitel People’s Legend in Xi’an. Our room was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable – the perfect place to relax after exploring the city’s rich history. Dining at Dolce Vita was a delight, with exquisite cuisine and a warm atmosphere.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service we received. A heartfelt thank you to Ruizi, Themis, Fancy, and Tommy, who went above and beyond to make our Mother’s Day celebration so special. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel truly cherished.
If we could give more than five stars, this would be a solid 10. We will most certainly return!

Being so close to a subway station made getting to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda a breeze. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic value for money, and I highly recommend it. A lovely touch was the small bear plushie I received from the front desk, and complimentary mung bean soup was offered in the evenings. The screen mirroring feature in the room was also very convenient, and any requests were handled with impressive speed.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are very new, and the rooms are quite spacious. Its location near Datang Everbright City and Joy City is a definite plus. However, being right at the entrance of a major scenic area and on a one-way street makes getting around a bit inconvenient, especially in the evenings. This is something for other travelers to keep in mind.
Despite the bustling location, the hotel itself was quiet, and I had a good rest. The only real downside was the breakfast, which had a very limited selection.
What's more, for some reason, even the restaurant staff during breakfast were asking us for positive reviews. If this is for staff evaluation, the hotel should really consider guest privacy and approach guests at appropriate times without being intrusive. Plus, the breakfast staff generally don't have direct interactions with guests beyond serving food, so it felt quite abrupt and out of place.
On a positive note, both the front desk and housekeeping services were excellent.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the amenities you might need. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and always have a smile on their faces.
Even the cleaning ladies were so excited to talk to us although my parents couldn’t speak Chinese.
Breakfast was varied although a bit cold, but we went there at the end of service, so not surprising.
Convenient central location, making it easy to go to the different sights, the night market is right around the corner.
The free washing machine and dryer were very useful as well towards the end of our trip.

DDominicRThis hotel is very nice and conveniently located. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very helpful and nice staff. I would like to especially highlight Lily Zhao at the front desk whose help was greatly appreciated by us, and the Gentleman at the entrance door who kindly helped with our lugagge. Breakfast was great, including a good western and chinese choice. Our stay was a great experience and we would highly recommend the hotel to anyone else staying in Xi'an. Would book again. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserThe facilities were good, staff were generally helpful and nice. Very clean environment; generally has what you need. Very conveniently located. Some of the staff at the front desk are a bit too immature and could act a bit more professional. Apparently, they find it funny for you ask them for water; ask them a few more times and they would giggle and laugh behind your back and make fun of you; they might even horse around with you if Mandarin is not your first language and you don't speak as natively as they do. I made an add on booking for an extra night. If you need them to do anything towards the end of your stay, they might withhold service at the front desk until you give them a perfect rating; they wouldn't check me back in the hotel until I left a good rating/comment for my first booking. They forgot I that I could also rate / comment for my second booking. Basically a bunch of kids. Otherwise, hotel management seems fine. Pretty clean, the staff were generally polite.

YYusman_YusofThe hotel is located near the Huimin Jie, where you can find all the halal foods. Overall the hotel is clean and big and it has all the things you need for your stay.
They offer a welcome plate of fruits and veggies. Free tea time and noodles for supper. I would like to give a shout out to one of the staff named Mdm Guo Yangli for being warm and welcoming and acommodating to my needs. Thank you!
