A hotel front desk is very important. I took my child to Shandong and passed by Xi'an for one night. Looking at the pudding that was not bad for the reservation, I called through the Trip.com platform at noon to confirm that I want a quiet and clean room. The two rooms booked were twin rooms. I arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock in the evening and were arranged for two rooms far away. The front desk was cold all the way. I asked if there were two rooms. Then I went up and saw that there was a room type that was obviously small and the bathroom smelled very big.
