Pet friendly Hotels Xi＇an

The hotel is big, the rooms are new and beautiful, small but complete, the service is good, the staff are enthusiastic, especially the housekeeper Miss Dundee, who gave us instructions after get off work. My phone fell on the battery car, and the hotel called to find it back. Thank you very much! Also: takeaway can be delivered to the room, it's so friendly, Xi'an is beautiful this afternoon!

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and bus stop, making it easy to get around. The reception staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us. We arrived in Xi’an early in the morning and wanted to check in, but the room wasn’t ready yet. The receptionist made every effort to arrange the earliest possible check-in for us (even upgrading our room category) to ensure we didn’t have to wait too long. I was truly touched and impressed by their effort. Additionally, the receptionist provided detailed guidance and even helped us find fun places to visit. Spent 2 nights and 1 day at this hotel, although not much selection of activities to do besides the terra cotta warriors, the staff was eager to offer night show options and advise on where to eat. They were very helpful with location information via wechat and they warmly welcomed me on my first evening and helped me find the vegan options on the food menu. They are warm and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely environment for travels on route to the terra cotta warriors!

Grandpa and grandma are very nice, the room is very clean, all in all it is very cozy to live in, just like living in your own home, I recommend everyone to come #Location and transportation are very close to the subway station #Service makes people feel very comfortable

Very good location, 10~15 minutes walk to Bell Tower and train station. Many restaurants and eating places near by with delicious, cheap food, very convenient. Service staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was there is not lift if your room is at 2nd level. Your need to carry your luggages using a narrow staircase. Room is very spacious compared to other hotels. I will likely to book this place again if I visit Xian again.

Jielu is in Lintong, so about 40 minutes cab ride from Xi'an North train station. We booked here as it's a short walk to the Terracotta Warriors and it looked like a nice rural spot in the mountains, which it is. Although we arrived after midnight, the reception was open and the friendly welcome. Rooms are spacious with a conservatory/terrace with views of the garden/courtyard and the linen spotless quality cotton and much-needed efficient heating. Breakfast was a selection of pickles, rice porridge, steamed buns and egg with tea or coffee. The right start for walking to the Qin Mausoleum and day of sightseeing. Food in the evening was from an extensive menu, good value and tasty (I had seaweed and egg drop soup with pork/veggie dumplings). Altogether a great location and everything you need for seeing the treasures of the Qin dynasty. Thanks!

2 of us in this room for 3 is awesome! Very spacious and could easily accommodate 3 adults. We were there in first week of November. As it was low peak season they upgraded us to this 3 person room. It even has a ladder up to a small “balcony” where one could sit to look out to the decorated rooftops. Location is really good once you figured out how to navigate. It’s right next to 书院门. There isn’t any Metro station “at the doorstep” but close enough. Coffee that they serve is also very good. Only downside I would say is the drainage flow in the shower room. Whenever one showers, the area will be flooded. So will need to give them for the water to drain before the next person goes into the shower.

I booked the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum on the 7th. On the 6th, I chose to stay at Apan and Inn from the city. The uncles and aunts of the inn were very enthusiastic. They quickly took the luggage and sent it to the room. The feeling of entering the room was very quiet and comfortable. In the words of the children, it was like returning home. Early uncle drove our family of three to the entrance of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. When we came back to pick up our luggage, we met A Pan. It was a very easy-going and handsome young man. It was a very happy journey and worth the second brush.
