The room was also spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

Came to Xi'an to watch Brother Sheng's concert. The hotel is very close to the Olympic Sports Center, and it takes only ten minutes to walk there. But after coming back from the concert on the evening of April 13, I ordered a takeaway and asked the takeaway guy to ask the front desk if he could help deliver it. He was rejected a little fiercely (a male staff member with a bad attitude said ”Let her come down and get it herself”), which was a little uncomfortable, but I didn't want to affect my mood, so I didn't argue too much, because I wouldn't deduct points from the hotel because of individuals. The hotel has complete facilities, good hygiene, clean and tidy, and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. But the TV cannot be projected, and the breakfast is relatively less, which can be further improved. All in all, the check-in process was quite pleasant and I would still choose this hotel next time.

If you want an awesome view and beautiful photos, this is a place for you. Very comfy room, spacious, soft bed, western design, details as soaps, or colors they use, it's a proper European feeling. Same goes for a breakfast, you can still choose Chinese stuff, but we enjoyed Western options ( special accent on cheese in olive oil and little focaccias). Very pleasant and helpful stuff in a dinning room. Also Igor, at a reception desk, who was more than kind and helpful with some requirements we had. And yes, English speaking reception desk with a foreign stuff, same as in a dinning room, THAT was a dramatic change after experiences we usually have in China. A hotel is not a brand new, but somebody really invested in a design and rethink how things should work here. Not close to shops, you will have to walk for about 2km if you want something. Or just order delivery, or a cab. It doesn't feel as Xi'an, at least not Gaoxin where we live. All together, our staycation was great, we would go there again.

At 2 o'clock in the morning, we asked the lady at the front desk. The lady immediately saved a breakfast for us so that we could pick it up at the front desk at 6 o'clock the next morning. In addition, because the hotel knew we were all here for the competition, they also provided us with good night milk in the evening. When we checked out, each child also had a bag of gifts. It told the story of a single father and his son reconciling and accepting his girlfriend, which felt a bit off-topic and lacked focus. Breakfast the next day was also quite generous, and the noodles were quite good. Overall, the hotel is new, but lacks distinct character. [Service] Another annoying thing was that no one answered the front desk or guest services phone number on the room phone several times, and the room service wasn't very good. [Cleanliness] New hotels are generally clean, but one thing that was shocking was that after filling the bathtub, a layer of white foam formed in the water, and the water was yellowish in color. I ultimately didn't dare to take a bath.
