During my stay at Mr. Wu's hotel the service was really good and the rooms were clean and very comfortable, has an elegant decor. I was impressed by the efficient check-in process of the hotel. They allowed me to check in early, at about 10 am. And also greeted with warm tea, even offered welcoming fruits. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. (I already checked out but wanted to travel around the city a little bit and they even let me leave my luggage at the hotel for 4 days without getting any money from me which was super sweet 🥰)

Hotel location is very good, very close to the subway line 3 Keji Road Station, to Datang Furong Garden and other scenic spots are very convenient. The hotel has a dedicated elevator, security is guaranteed, there are convenience stores, coffee shops, fast food downstairs, crossing the road is a large comprehensive shopping mall. The hotel is very soundproofed, the breakfast is good, and the dumplings are delicious. The hotel staff is warm and smiling. There is a man named Jiusi, who is handsome in the sun and provides us with good service and help. I wish him a groom officer and a happy life.

We had a detour at Xi'an and stayed for only 15 hours. This hotel was excellent in all measures for us and we only wished that we had stayed longer. Their location, service and overall ambiance we absolutely amazing. It gave a very nice techno vibe anywhere inside, be it lobby, elevators, corridors and room. The room was also equipped with smart assistant that was fun to explore. My kids loved the color combination of black and red everywhere. We couldn't use the gym and pool though they looked really nice. The only thing where I was annoyed was the entrance as my taxi dropped us outside since he didn't (try to) take the car inside, so I had to carry all my luggage from the road all the way to the room. But during my check out, the staff helped talk to the taxi driver and he came inside near the entrance gate.

The room was satisfactory. The overall design was OK, but the room near the elevator was noisy. I asked for a change on the second night. Although it was improved, there was still noise. The midnight snack was satisfactory and the food was satisfactory. I could save two dinners. The breakfast was noisy because it was the May Day holiday, and the space was small. I couldn't eat well and wanted to leave. It would be perfect if there was a gym. In addition, the hotel is in an office park. It would be inconvenient to go out and take a taxi when it rains. It's not so convenient to eat around. There is a food festival, but basically if you are a tourist or need a small gathering, the location here is not ideal. Starbucks was not open during the May Day holiday. It was the first time I encountered it (I don't know if it was closed or closed). Overall, I would choose to stay if I have the chance.
