The hotel opened in 2022 is quite new, but the hardware is average. On the day of check-in, I had to change rooms twice because of the odor and noise from the roof. The room I stayed in was relatively small, but there was no problem. I turned on the air conditioner and found that the air conditioner was very noisy. It's big, so I haven't turned on the air conditioner for so many days. The drainage in the bathroom is average, and there is no way to open both drain outlets. The most unaccustomed thing is the ”Hello Waiter” who appears every morning at 8 o'clock, accompanied by a knock on the door to clean up. The sound insulation is not very good, and people in the next room can hear it. I am woken up every day. One time, they knocked on my door. I picked up my phone and saw that it was 8:59. I was so angry. The waiters often emphasized when they would get off work for cleaning. This situation is actually really bad. This is my first time staying at Aduo. The front desk staff is very nice. 

It is a bit disappointing to choose this hotel for my trip. The staff in front desk didn’t provide good customer services. No welcome no smile from them while checking in. I think the hotel management should provide more training for them. Some of the area in the toilet is a bit old.

The room is clean, the front desk service is very good, the hotel is very close to the subway station, and the surrounding area is close to the tourist attraction Datang Never Sleeps City, which is convenient for travel. The breakfast is also very rich. I forgot to bring my contact lens case when I traveled, and the front desk also prepared it considerately. The check-in experience is very good. I will stay at the Mercure Xi'an Qujiang Hotel when I come to Xi'an in the future. Facilities: Very good, very cost-effective. Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Near the South Third Ring Road, easy to find. Service: The front desk service is very good, and they will say hello to everyone they see.

My stay at the Elong Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of luxury. The simple, elegant decor was striking, and the warm lighting created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The room was even more impressive: spacious and bright, the cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom also had separate wet and dry areas. The hotel service was first-rate, from the friendly and patient front desk staff at check-in to the prompt response from room service, which promptly addressed any needs. The breakfast was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly cooked noodles were delicious, and the pastries were fluffy and tasty. Transportation was very convenient, with the subway station and shopping district nearby, making it easy to travel and shop. Whether traveling for business or leisure, the Elong Hotel is an excellent choice. I will definitely be back!

i arrived late at the hotel and there was only a courtyard view room left. i requested for a city view room which was the room i booked online. the front desk helped me arrange when the guest in that room checked out. the city view room is fabulous. the view is great and relaxing. the housekeeping staff is friendly and efficient. she helped me to spray deodorant in the toilet everyday to get rid of the smell. many thanks to the staff of the hotel to make my stay in xi an a happy one. the hotel is well located next to the metro and it is well connected by the public bus. you can get to the popular attractions in an hour. there are many eateries and supermarket around the hotel, so it is very convenient.

The Loft B&B I stayed at this time was so pleasant! The upper and lower floors are designed to be super stylish, with good lighting and transparent lighting. The activities downstairs and rest upstairs do not disturb each other. The children ran around the small attic as soon as they entered the door, and they had a great time. The room was huge and clean, the bedding and bathroom had no dead ends, and I was particularly relieved to live. The most unexpected thing is that there is an automatic mahjong machine in the room, and I accompany the children in my free time. Looking at their novel and happy appearance, the happiness of the journey is directly full. The staff is also intimate, ask the itinerary in advance, recommend parent-child play points, and have questions in seconds. It is also convenient to go out and eat, next time you bring your baby, you will choose here!

Amazing room! The location was perfect as well and we utilised the train station often, the hotel owner is so friendly and swift in his replies! Super helpful when i made my booking and even helped me to modify my booking dates! The tatami area in the Ji Mu room is perfect for meals + makeup area. Facilities here are easy to use as well and as mine was a longer stay (~12 days) housekeeping was arranged super quickly and supplies were replenished as well so there’s no need to worry about having to buy more tissues or other bathing supplies! ++ open the windows when you need to ventilate the rooms + dry clothes Highly recommend for those travelling to Xi’an! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
