The room was spacious. My flight arrived in Xi'an late at night, and I missed the last high-speed train home. I found this hotel online and called them past midnight, feeling a bit embarrassed. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful and understanding. The hotel offered amazing value for money, including a free airport/train station shuttle service, making it a one-stop shop for convenience. The pick-up driver at night was also very friendly. I don't remember his name, but I recall he drove a white dark-blue car and was very considerate, chatting with me a lot. Upon arrival, there was dinner available with many choices. The front desk gentleman even upgraded my room for free! The dinner was delicious, and they thoughtfully delivered snacks to my room. For my 7 AM high-speed train, they called me around 6 AM to let me know the shuttle was waiting downstairs. The driver was just as welcoming on the ride to the station. This is a genuinely great hotel, and the price is very reasonable, especially considering it includes both breakfast and dinner.

The room is clean and sanitary, the facilities are new, the service level is high, the attitude is good, it is not too far from the subway entrance, very close to the bus, and there are many snacks around. The key is that the price is not expensive and the cost performance is high.

The hotel is very close to Xi'an North Railway Station, within walking distance. It's an apartment-style hotel, which can be a bit inconvenient. The hardware is complete, but the bedside light switch was broken, so I had to go to the door to turn it on and off.

Overall good experience. There is LED system that you can watching movie. Air conditioning. Very cool and comfortable room even through there is no window but it is a good place. Convenient place and front desk is friendly. Thanks

Hotel is 15 walk from the metro. It is easy to find. Employees are very nice. The employee was nice to allow me to check in early. I really appreciate it. They tried to help me as much as possible. The room is extremely clean. One thing I didn’t not like is the smoke smell of the hallway.

The hotel is excellent! 🎉🎉🎉 The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was superb – I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. The bathroom had strong water pressure and stable hot water, and the toiletries were also of good quality. The hotel's gym and laundry room are well-maintained, and the equipment is very clean. The breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the chef can even make omelets on the spot, which was very satisfying. They gave us a welcome gift when we checked in and offered a late check-out service when we left. These small details really added to the experience!

it took us a while to find the place as we don't speak Chinese but after showing the address to a few different locals we ended up in a ground floor office opposite a coffee shop. Not sure if we were in the right place or not but the man their told us to wait for someone else and left. Eventually someone came from outside and took us to round the corner to a different entrance and up in an elevator to a reception desk where we were able to check into our rooms. They were very big and comfortable. The only towel provided was a small disposable towel in a packet but we managed. It took us 20 minutes to walk to the train station in the morning but that's china for you

Facilities: Hotel facilities are convenient. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Well-equipped amenities, convenient transportation nearby. Service: Hotel staff are all very professional and provide excellent service. The hotel is located near Metro Line 2, with many shopping malls and an abundance of dining options nearby. While there are many hotels in the area, Holiday Inn Express definitely offers the best value for money. Sherry and Gemma at the hotel provided excellent service and recommended many great places to eat. Xi'an is definitely a city worth visiting.

Location: 700 meters from the Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine subway station. There are also shared bicycles at the hotel entrance. When you check in to the hotel, you will also receive a bottle of milk and Xi'an's special drink Bingfeng. There is a charging station at the hotel entrance The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. There is only a shower in the bathroom. The water pressure is very high and the bath is very comfortable. There are many restaurants in front of the hotel, where you can have breakfast and dinner

The hotel is in a great location, close to Xi'an North Railway Station. It's so convenient! The environment is elegant and warm, the room is clean and has a window.
