This place is pure luxury. The moment you walk in you are greeted by a team of people. The rooms are large and comfortable with amenities in case you forgot something. There are separate rooms for the toilet and shower, including a full sized bath tub. You will find cold drinks in the refrigerator and snacks on the table. The food in the restaurant is incredible, with many selections for the breakfast buffet, and the staff make sure you are pampered in every way. They remember your name and the beverage you prefer. The location is in easy to access and just a few minutes from the subway. There are also a few street vendors near by but not in front of the hotel. They also have a great car and driver. He was aggressive but safe. He gave me the impression that he wanted to make sure I got to the right place and on time. Special thanks to Rongrong. She helped me on many occasions with translating, communicating and making sure I was well taking care of. She went above and beyond my expectations of good service. She made my stay extra special. The place and staff are top notch and made my trip to Xi’an most memorable and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. We arrived late, and in the end, only our family was left to eat. The restaurant staff did not rush us, but served us patiently. The room is clean and tidy, with a large space and good aesthetics. There is also a service to pick up and drop off at the high-speed rail station. The driver who sent us to the high-speed rail station was very enthusiastic and sent good wishes to the whole family along the way, which made people feel particularly warm. Hotel is very clean. However, laundry machines are broken. Very far to walk to subway station. A small market and couple of food stalls less than 5 min walk. Plenty of didi and taxi to call on. Hotel shuttle does not stop inside the xian north train station. Quite far of a walk and difficult to find the meeting point. Better select your own ride. Only five to ten yuan with taxi or didi to/from the station. We paid reasonable price for small buffet breakfast. Not A huge selection

Hotel near to Xi'an North railway station & we got free station transfer service from hotel to the railway station. Hotel very comfy & clean. The front desk staff also very helpful even though he & she can't speak in English.

This hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off service, which is really friendly. After all, it takes nearly an hour to take a taxi from Xianyang Airport to Xi'an. I was the only passenger at the airport and enjoyed the private car service😊. I would like to give special praise to the driver, Mr. Liu, who is very responsible and helped me carry the heavy suitcases up and down. Great!

It is safe for girls to stay here alone. The boss is a nice lady. The room is also very big and clean. My sensitive skin is not allergic. There are snacks and tea on the table. The gate of the villa has a gated access control and it is safe to enter and exit at night (and this villa is really very beautiful, which can only be experienced after seeing it in person). The villa is far from the street in the community and very quiet. But there are two big problems: 1. The refrigerator will make noises at night. People with light sleep can unplug it directly like me. 2. The window of the bathroom is a normal window without curtains, which means that you have to turn on the light when taking a shower or going to the toilet, otherwise you are afraid that people outside can see it. There are residential buildings opposite. Two other small problems: 1. From 10:10 to 10:20 on weekdays, there should be a kindergarten next to it. Music will be played for ten minutes, but if you are not like me who sleeps late and gets up late, it will not affect you. 2. If you order takeout, it is recommended to fill in the South Gate address, and then write how to get there in the notes, otherwise the takeout man may not be able to find it if he navigates to another door.
