I was quite astonished by the welcoming gift from the esteemed Mr. Wang while I was having breakfast. His fluent English greatly assisted me during my stay at the hotel. I am truly thankful to have encountered such a friend. The service provided by this hotel is exceptionally professional. I intend to return here on my next visit.

Staying at the InterContinental Xi'an Jingkai is definitely worth it, especially the executive lounge – highly recommended! First off, it's excellent value for money. The afternoon tea, happy hour, and breakfast at the executive lounge were all very satisfying. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The soundproofing and blackout curtains were also excellent, making for a truly restful night. Sophia from the executive lounge was very attentive and everything was perfectly arranged. All the staff at the lounge were warm and polite. Overall, it was a fantastic and very satisfying experience. I strongly recommend the executive lounge!

The room facilities are relatively new, with stable Wi-Fi, a smart toilet, and voice-controlled lighting. The cleaning staff are all beautiful and elegant, and they clean the room daily. All the receptionists at the front desk provide warm service; they even prepared fruit and biscuits for us when we went to Huashan and Hukou Waterfall. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's right next to Xi'an North Station, just one subway stop away. It's also close to the airport, making it convenient for travel outside the city. Getting into the city takes about 40-50 minutes, but I actually enjoyed taking a taxi for a city tour to see how Xi'an has changed. For the following days, I just took the subway; Line 4 is only 120 meters from the hotel, which is very convenient. What's more interesting is that I initially wanted to book a Hampton Inn, as we usually stay at Hampton Inns in other cities. However, I saw a review for the Xi'an Hampton Inn saying it was a renovated old building and not good. Someone mentioned that they only discovered how great this Park Plaza was when they were leaving Xi'an, so I decisively chose the Park Plaza and stayed for 11 consecutive days. It was a very worry-free stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a good hotel.

The room was spacious. My flight arrived in Xi'an late at night, and I missed the last high-speed train home. I found this hotel online and called them past midnight, feeling a bit embarrassed. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful and understanding. The hotel offered amazing value for money, including a free airport/train station shuttle service, making it a one-stop shop for convenience. The pick-up driver at night was also very friendly. I don't remember his name, but I recall he drove a white dark-blue car and was very considerate, chatting with me a lot. Upon arrival, there was dinner available with many choices. The front desk gentleman even upgraded my room for free! The dinner was delicious, and they thoughtfully delivered snacks to my room. For my 7 AM high-speed train, they called me around 6 AM to let me know the shuttle was waiting downstairs. The driver was just as welcoming on the ride to the station. This is a genuinely great hotel, and the price is very reasonable, especially considering it includes both breakfast and dinner.

The bathroom had strong water pressure and stable hot water, and the toiletries were also of good quality. The hotel's gym and laundry room are well-maintained, and the equipment is very clean. The breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the chef can even make omelets on the spot, which was very satisfying. They gave us a welcome gift when we checked in and offered a late check-out service when we left. These small details really added to the experience!

Service: Hotel staff are all very professional and provide excellent service. The hotel is located near Metro Line 2, with many shopping malls and an abundance of dining options nearby. While there are many hotels in the area, Holiday Inn Express definitely offers the best value for money. Sherry and Gemma at the hotel provided excellent service and recommended many great places to eat. Xi'an is definitely a city worth visiting.

From check-in to check-out, every detail exuded the quality and warmth expected from a high-end hotel. I have to rave about the hotel's thoughtful service first! I had booked a standard room, but at check-in, the front desk proactively informed me that I had been upgraded to a high-floor view room, with no additional discussion needed on my part. The views are absolutely this hotel's 'ace card'! During the day, pulling back the curtains reveals the bustling commercial district of northern Xi'an, and on a clear day, you can even glimpse the distant outline of the Qinling Mountains. In the evening, the setting sun bathes the sky in warm gold, and the entire city gradually lights up in the afterglow. Sitting by the window, you can capture the stunning scene of 'molten sunset gold.' The nights are even more spectacular; looking down at Xi'an's myriad lights through the floor-to-ceiling windows, car traffic flows like a river of stars through the city—it's both serene and magnificent. If you want a different perspective, the high-altitude infinity pool on the 36th floor is a must-visit. Swimming to the edge feels like you're suspended in the air, with the city skyline stretching out beneath you, creating an incredible ambiance. Additionally, the Sky Lobby on the 38th floor is worth mentioning. Its full floor-to-ceiling window design makes it a natural observation deck. Sitting here in the evening, watching the ancient city gradually reveal its nocturnal charm as the lights come on, every photo you take looks professional. During breakfast at JW Kitchen, enjoying authentic Roujiamo and Shuipen Yangrou while admiring the high-altitude scenery through the window provides a double delight for both taste and sight. From the warm service of a proactive upgrade to the breathtaking high-altitude views visible from the window, and the ancient capital's charm hidden in every detail, this hotel has surpassed mere accommodation to become an unforgettable highlight of my Xi'an trip. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an!
