The price of over 700 is a bit disproportionate. First of all, the whole building is dusty due to decoration. There are several hotels in one building, and the elevator is very slow. The room is on a very low floor and feels a bit depressing. The sofa is ugly and uncomfortable to sit on. The whole set feels very cheap. The bedding is fine. The problem is the bathroom. It is very small and the ventilation is not good. When you take a shower, the whole floor is full of water. There are no slippers. You have to step on the water barefoot to put on clothes. You have to go back to the bathroom to open the door. The key point is that there are still some small hairs on the washbasin outside. Because we arrived late, we stayed for one night. The second night we stayed in SKP's Atour 4.0 for more than 800. There is no comparison. The location is several times better than this.

I was very impressed by this hotel on all fronts. We arrived very early, hoping just to leave our bags and return in a few hours to check in, and the front desk staff very kindly arranged for a room to be cleaned early in order to let us check in. I have to say the customer service we received was excellent at all stages of our three night stay. The room itself was very impressive and spacious with a huge bed, luxe bathroom and electronic WC. The breakfast offering was of a good standard and the lounge area with indoor/outdoor seating had a nice ambiance. Laundry facilities were very good with fast industrial washer dryers. The gym facilities looked quite limited with only two machines but this wasn’t a concern for us. Location was fine and a one minute walk to a metro station, DiDi drop offs were also very simple right outside the hotel. I would very happily stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to travellers to Xian.

Good location near lots of restaurants. A short walk to the metro line that can take you to Xi'an North train station in about 4 stops. Not super close to other tourist attractions in Xi'an such as the Big Wild Goose Pagoda but the metro line takes you there as well. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. I have stayed in Atour hotels in the past and would definitely don't in the future.
