It was the first time for me to stay in a B&B in a city for 8 consecutive nights. I didn't expect it. This time, my husband and I came to Xi'an for a trip and had the chance to stay in Xi'an Puyuan Old House Garden B&B. The B&B is a renovated single-family villa in the community. It has a superior geographical location and is close to Xi'an Tourist Metro Line 2. The B&B is decorated in a simple and unique style. The dog Shiwu is particularly well-behaved and lovable. There are many restaurants around the B&B, which conveniently solves the dining problem. The food is also delicious. The owner of the B&B is a girl. She is considerate and enthusiastic. Living in the B&B makes people feel at home. I will choose her home next time I come to Xi'an.

When checking in, the front desk staff, Miss Jiayi, had an enthusiastic smile that was as warm as the sun in winter. She was skilled and efficient, and completed the check-in procedures for me quickly and orderly. Not only that, she also introduced the hotel's facilities and services to me in detail with an extremely meticulous attitude. From the restaurant's rich menu and special business hours, to carefully reminding me of the check-out time and that if I have any questions I can directly call the front desk and she will solve them for me as soon as possible, to the in-depth recommendations of the surrounding tourist attractions that cannot be missed, every detail is introduced accurately and comprehensively. This thoughtful and considerate service makes me full of eager anticipation and longing for my upcoming stay in the hotel. The room is very clean and tidy, and every detail reflects the hotel's ultimate pursuit of quality and careful care for guests. The room is spacious and open, the layout design is reasonable and exquisite, and the space is used just right, which not only ensures the independent integrity of each functional area, but also creates a smooth and natural overall feeling. The luxurious big bed is undoubtedly the focus of the room. The bedding is made of Yaland linen, which is soft and delicate to the touch and very skin-friendly to sleep on. The price of over 700 is a bit disproportionate. First of all, the whole building is dusty due to decoration. There are several hotels in one building, and the elevator is very slow. The room is on a very low floor and feels a bit depressing. The sofa is uncomfortable to sit on, and the whole set feels very cheap. The bedding is fine. The problem is the bathroom. It is very small and the ventilation is not good. When you take a shower, the whole floor is full of water. There are no slippers. You have to step on the water barefoot to put on clothes, and you have to go back to the bathroom to open the door. The key point is that there are small hairs on the washbasin outside. Because we arrived late, we stayed for one night. The second night we stayed in SKP's Atour 4.0 for more than 800. There is no comparison. The location is several times better than this one.

I often go on business trips, so I have a mysophobia. I originally booked a famous hotel with very high reviews. After I checked out the hotel, I saw that the environment and quality differed greatly at the same price. The rooms in this hotel were clean, neat and well-equipped. After shopping in the evening, I went back tiredly to have a cup of black tea and snacks, which was very refreshing. The black tea provided in the room is good and worthy of thumbs up👍.

I was very impressed by this hotel on all fronts. We arrived very early, hoping just to leave our bags and return in a few hours to check in, and the front desk staff very kindly arranged for a room to be cleaned early in order to let us check in. I have to say the customer service we received was excellent at all stages of our three night stay. The room itself was very impressive and spacious with a huge bed, luxe bathroom and electronic WC. The breakfast offering was of a good standard and the lounge area with indoor/outdoor seating had a nice ambiance. Laundry facilities were very good with fast industrial washer dryers. The gym facilities looked quite limited with only two machines but this wasn’t a concern for us. Location was fine and a one minute walk to a metro station, DiDi drop offs were also very simple right outside the hotel. I would very happily stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to travellers to Xian.
