This is a good location hotel located at the central location of Xi An city. I have stayed for 5 nites and love this hotel very much. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. There are 2 shopping mall just below the hotel and you could buy anything you like. Will recommend you to stay in this hotel for all convenience you can obtain #Xi An hotel

The location of the hotel is very good! It is only about 200 meters away from the subway entrance. The room is clean and tidy! The hygiene is also very good, with complete toiletries and facilities. The smart guest control in the room is very convenient, and the TV can also cast the screen, which is great! What is remarkable is the hotel's service. I checked out in a hurry and left the specialty I bought for my friend in the room. After contacting the front desk sister, the front desk immediately contacted the room to help me find the specialty, and added WeChat to help me mail the express. The whole process was very patient, without a trace of impatience. I recommend friends to come together next time!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are well-equipped and the laundry service is great. It is very close to the subway entrance, and it is very convenient to go to the food street and Datang Everbright City. The high-speed rail station and the airport are more convenient, and there is no blockage in the early morning. Hygienic: The room was cleaned very clean and the quilt was very soft! I stayed in Xi'an for 2 nights and set up another hotel on the same road for one night. I didn't sleep for a night after the sewer returned. I quickly checked out the next day and changed this one. It was really late to meet! Environment: There are everything around the hotel, 711, Luckin, McDonald's, and Hey Tea. Although it is on the roadside, it is very quiet. Service: The hotel also has afternoon tea and supper. The noodles for supper taste very good. I recommend everyone to eat. The service of the front desk seat is also very thoughtful and considerate. Because it is with the elderly children to travel, the old living is satisfied, the children eat happily. In short, it is very recommended, everyone should not miss this room!

The room has central air conditioning, which is simply a palace-level enjoyment. So thoughtful! It's really good. Staying at Zuoyouke makes me feel at ease, which is not the case with other hotels. I was very impressed by this hotel on all fronts. We arrived very early, hoping just to leave our bags and return in a few hours to check in, and the front desk staff very kindly arranged for a room to be cleaned early in order to let us check in. I have to say the customer service we received was excellent at all stages of our three night stay. The room itself was very impressive and spacious with a huge bed, luxe bathroom and electronic WC. The breakfast offering was of a good standard and the lounge area with indoor/outdoor seating had a nice ambiance. Laundry facilities were very good with fast industrial washer dryers. The gym facilities looked quite limited with only two machines but this wasn’t a concern for us. Location was fine and a one minute walk to a metro station, DiDi drop offs were also very simple right outside the hotel. I would very happily stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to travellers to Xian.

This stay was great! The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient food and transportation. Walking into the lobby, the exquisite decoration and intimate aromatherapy make you relax instantly. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep until dawn. The staff is enthusiastic and professional, and everything from the front desk to the room service is impeccable. The breakfast is rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western dishes. I sincerely recommend it and will come again next time!

I stayed in the hotel for 4 consecutive nights. The breakfast was very rich every day. The breakfast was not repeated for 4 days. It was great.

Hotel is very nice and well suited to international travellers. Has all the amenities and features you need for a short or long stay. Location is amazing as it’s right next to the subway which is easy to use to explore the city or visit the Terracotta warriors. Would happily stay here again!

This is one of the best Crowne Plaza hotels I have stayed in over the years, with regard to its excellent accomodation and splendid service and tidiness. Initiative and efficiency of both the security guard and the concierge were instantly displayed right from the moment of our arrival at the side-gate entrance. Likewise, heart-felt professionalism of the front-desk staff certainly made our check-in easy and comfy. Daily breakfast in the restaurant was more than sufficient in terms of variety and quantity, and even in such low-season time we still could find waves of diners kept rushing in. Finally, the executive lounge on the fifth floor is most impressive in all aspects ranging from environment to vibe to food to comfort, and needless to say, to the marvellous lady-staff who served us with state-of-the-art dining and outstanding, caring service. A happy staycation, really.
