I highly recommend staying here if you're taking the high-speed rail to/from Xi'an North Station. It's quite close to the high-speed rail station and directly accessible by subway. The hotel's location is excellent! Impression City mall is right downstairs, and Longshouyuan subway station is nearby. There are tons of dining options, with Impression City and many snack stalls and BBQ joints near the subway station at night! We moved here from the Bell Tower, and it's a bit far if you're planning to mainly explore the city center. It's about a 30-minute ride to the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Datang Everbright City. The breakfast was very good! Very satisfied!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness was superb. The air conditioning didn't have heating. Everything else was great. Free late check-out at 3 PM. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and had excellent service. Incredibly cheap and great value for money! 👍🏻👍🏻 I've been to Xi'an seven or eight times and was scammed out of over seven million yuan. After that, I can't bear to stay in high-end hotels again, but this affordable experience is just as good! 👍🏻👍🏻 Fantastic!

The beautiful woman at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. She poured a glass of tangyuan soup for me as soon as I entered and was very friendly and comfortable. She smiled throughout the entire process, making me feel embarrassed and a little shy. The front desk also placed peppermint candies, which were sweet and delicious. In the afternoon, I couldn't wait to explore the ancient city. The little sister at the front desk introduced me to the tourist route very well. Before leaving, she brought me a bottle of water. It was so thoughtful. The staff were also very polite, clean and tidy, and the service was warm. The location of the hotel was good. In short, I was very satisfied with the entire stay, and the cost was economical, but the treatment was five-star. I really love this hotel. 11. The hotel has a good environment and a strategic location. The front desk reception service is warm and considerate. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the guests' shoes and provided a very satisfactory stay. I felt the warmth of home at this hotel. There are a few Ibis in Xian. I choose Ibis Daminggong due to impressive reviews and our stay was truly enjoyable. The customer service at Ibis Daminggong is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure their customer’s stay was comfortable and enjoyable. There was once we were late to pick up our washed laundry and the staff even helped us fold our clothes! Ibis Daminggong breakfast offers a wide array of delicious food, such as milk, coffee, fruits, desserts, cold dish, hot dish and even ShaanXi Chinese Hamburger. We enjoyed the breakfast so much! We have stayed in Ibis China, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and this is the best Ibis we have stayed in so far! We truly enjoyed our stay in Ibis Daminggong. Will definitely stay in Ibis Daminggong if come to Xi’an again.

We booked for three days. On the second day, around noon, we called to request housekeeping, but when we returned in the afternoon, the room hadn't been cleaned. After another call, someone finally came to clean. To avoid disturbing them, we went out. Upon our return, we found a red rag left on the desk, and the water stains on the bathroom counter were still there. (I quietly tossed the red rag into the bin.) I can't believe this is a Marriott-branded hotel; even a basic budget chain wouldn't be like this. While using my phone in bed, I saw a small bug crawl onto my pillow... The hygiene issues are genuinely concerning. The soundproofing is poor; you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway. The front desk area isn't large, but the staff were very polite and provided excellent service. In summary: it's livable, and the facilities are decent. The room isn't large, but the cleanliness, possibly due to understaffing, is quite poor.

I can't believe I got such a great hotel for this price! The location is in the city center, making it convenient to get around. There's a convenience store downstairs, so shopping is super easy. The bed in the room is very comfortable, and there are pillows of varying firmness to choose from, so even light sleepers can get a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries are of good quality, so I didn't need to bring my own. There's also a free self-service laundry room, which is perfect for multi-day trips. Most importantly, the service is excellent; check-in and check-out were both smooth, and they responded very quickly to any requests. The value for money is unbeatable, and I highly recommend it!

Nice clean hotel . I like the big room and amenities ; gym is almost non existence , only a treadmill and a multi machine ( pretty useless ). Free washer and dryer with detergent ( so that’s good) Convenient store nearby for drinks and beer . Many eateries in Xi’an thus Food not an issue . Recommended .

Friendly service, clean and hygienic room, quiet and spacious room, rich breakfast, good location, complete surrounding facilities, free parking and children's entertainment area. It is the first choice for business travel. I will choose this hotel next time.
