- The location is great: some minutes walking from the train station of line 4. - The hotel itself is a B&B, however, from all the hotels I have stayed in China, including hotels 4*, I certainly affirm that this B&B is much better than all of them when is about cleanliness, facilities, room' style. The room even had a Japanese toilet style :), and the shower area was separated from the toilet bowl, something that is appreciated. - The room was big and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. - The staff is great. They don't speak English, but they help with what you need.

I stayed in a family room in July. I looked at a lot of hotels before booking. From what I saw, it was pretty good in terms of travel and location. It was an old brand that I could trust. With the mentality of giving it a try, I booked it for a day to see if it was good. Unexpectedly, when I clicked on the renewal button, the hotel was already booked. I called the front desk, and a young man answered the phone. It was also the first time that I encountered such a thing. I asked if there were any rooms of the same style. He said there was no room. How about changing to a twin room with 1.2*1.2 beds? I was I booked it for my parents and children, but I didn’t go to Xi’an with them. I said, how can we live there? It’s inconvenient for our children to grow up. I mentioned that since we are all staying here and traveling elsewhere, the front desk will ask you if you want to renew, but why haven't you? He just moved out and said that they didn't have such regulations or anything, and also said that Ctrip was responsible for it. Words like this made it feel like it had nothing to do with him. To be honest, if the two elders are raising a child, otherwise I wouldn’t ask so many questions. There are so many hotels in Xi’an, and the price is no advantage. (Please note that it’s Jinjiang.) It doesn’t have to be yours. I don’t know if the management has been upgraded or if it’s just the same Jinjiang Star. I won’t book it again in the future. Very disappointed. After that, I moved to another hotel with the same front desk. The guy was still nice, but he was very angry. After that I renewed my subscription at his house for a few more days. Also, buses can't come in, so you have to walk out 100 meters. For reference.

After we checked in, the young man helped us get our luggage to the room. 3 The room layout is the ins style that young people like. 4 The bathroom and shower room are separated into dry and wet areas, which is great 😎. 5 The room is cleaned in a timely manner. 6 Finally, I would like to praise the front desk lady. She greeted us every time she saw us. It was a very pleasant stay here 😀. When we left, she also gave us Shaanxi's unique shadow puppet souvenirs.
