My room was clean and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding – I slept soundly all night! ✅ They offer complimentary afternoon tea, including drinks, snacks, and fruit. ✅ The location is fantastic; it's just a 400-meter walk to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. There's also a coffee shop on the ground floor with delicious, aromatic coffee. When checking out, I accidentally left my charger, and the housekeeping staff found it and proactively contacted me to return it – I was so touched! Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money, with attention to detail evident everywhere. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time! 👍

The whole hotel smells like oranges. The room is just like the picture. The bed is very comfortable. The room is smart. You can turn on and off the equipment by calling Xiaodu. There is also a refrigerator to keep some drinks cold. There is a subway entrance outside. There are many restaurants nearby. The service is also very good. The breakfast is also very good. The room was spacious and very clean. It even had a smart toilet, and the AC worked great. The best part is its location right outside a subway station entrance, which makes getting around incredibly convenient for visiting attractions like the Muslim Quarter and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. It offers fantastic value for money. I'd especially recommend it for families with children, as they have a selection of board games on the ground floor that kids love, and you always see children playing there.

Location not nearby malls. Nearest breakfast place around 800m walk. Staff are friendly and reception tea is nice. Got slipper and toiletries for children and at night they have prepared free porridge that serve around 9:30pm-11pm. Nice hotel but the corridor to noisy specially our room is near the breakfast restaurant and conference rooms and gym Overall stay is good. Bedding and towels clean and comfy.

Great hotel stay experience! Because it is a newly opened facility, it is relatively new and clean. I was originally worried about whether the room would smell as it had just been renovated. I didn't feel any discomfort after checking in. It was very clean. The staff are also very enthusiastic. From the moment you check in, someone will guide you to the room. The laundry room is also equipped with a full set of LG commercial washing and drying machines, which is great! There are also many kinds of breakfast. If you want to eat something else, it is also very close to Joy City and Evernight City. As for transportation, it is within walking distance to the subway station nearby, and it is also very close to taking a taxi from surrounding attractions. All in all, the experience was great. I will choose to stay here again next time.

Having stayed here multiple times, I'm consistently very satisfied. This hotel truly offers exceptional value for money. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an.

抵達酒店那天，我剛下出租車就拎着行李徑直走向前台，直到辦理入住時才猛然驚覺 —— 電腦包不見了。本身患有焦慮症的我此時真的慌了神。最初我還是篤定是落在了出租車上，可撥通司機電話後，不僅沒得到任何線索，對方不耐煩的語氣更讓我心頭髮緊。電腦裏存着至關重要的文件，我攥着手機站在前台，指尖都在發抖。前台的工作人員圍了過來，一句句 “別著急，我們幫你想辦法” 安慰着我。情況緊急，多耽誤一刻電腦找回來的可能性就越小。店裡的政委永瑤第一時間幫我聯繫了警方，幫我梳理事情經過。警察到後調取監控時，發現下車的位置恰好是監控死角，沒法確認電腦包是否隨我下車，但畫面清晰地拍到我走進酒店時是沒有電腦包的。眼看調查陷入僵局，出租車司機也咬定電腦包沒有遺落在車上。工程部的大哥主動走過來：“小姑娘一個人不方便，我陪你去公安局吧。” 一路他沒停過安慰，説總會有辦法的，讓我想起家裡長輩的叮囑。從公安局回來已是深夜，奔波一天的我連口水都沒顧上喝。剛回到房間，前台小姑娘婷雨和紫荊就端着一碗熱粥敲開了門，原來是主廚在得知我一天沒有吃飯，特意準備的。瓷碗邊還壓着張便簽 —— 是夜班前台工作人員寫的。米香混着字跡裏的暖意漫上來，獨在異鄉的委屈突然就變成了眼眶裡的熱意。本以為衹能接受電腦包丟失的事實，晚上卻接到了前台經理朵航的電話。原來他始終覺得事有蹊蹺，反覆回看了所有監控畫面，終於發現關鍵線索：我下車時其實帶着電腦包，因為身體原因注意力不集中、記憶力也下降的厲害。加上手裡拎着太多行李，轉身時不小心將包遺落在路邊，被路過的三輪車順手撿走了。第二天酒店的工作人員比我還上心。他們在附近市場排查，憑着監控裏模糊的身影特徵打聽線索。當經理在電話裏説 “找到了” 時，我握着手機的手又開始發抖，這次卻是因為激動。從丟失電腦包的恐慌，到被熱粥和便簽治癒的瞬間，再到失而復得的驚喜，亞朵酒店給我的不僅是一間客房，更是陌生城市裡的依靠。我已經把亞朵酒店推薦給了身邊所有朋友，因為這裡有比客房更珍貴的東西 —— 把客人當家人的真心。
