One was the tour guide I met by chance at the Terracotta Warriors, whose explanations were very professional, and the other was the accommodation, which was this H Hotel! To be honest, before coming here, I booked two hotels on Ctrip, one is Hanting near Xiaonanmen, and the other is this H Hotel. When I read the comments online, I always read the negative reviews first. The negative reviews of H Hotel all focused on: the hot water is not hot, the air conditioner is not warm. Before coming here, I repeatedly consulted Xiao Li at the front desk, who made me feel absolutely at ease. Finally, I took a gamble and gave up Hanting. Hanting could not guarantee a parking space, and the price was too expensive, more than 700 a night. When I came to H Hotel, I parked the car directly in the backyard and went to the front desk to check in. I happened to meet Xiao Li at the front desk. The room had been arranged for me, a viewing room, and I could directly see the city wall opposite. I was satisfied with the room facilities and environment. There was no hot water when the water was just turned on. After two or three minutes, hot water came out, and it was very hot. I also eliminated my worries about the negative reviews of the hot water not being hot online. I went to Xiaonanmen to eat at the night market in the evening, and when I came back I was tired and fell asleep as soon as I lay down. I can accept the noise. If the new guests find it unacceptable, they can stay opposite! Let me say again, the hotel gave us a buffet breakfast for three days, which my wife, children and I were very satisfied with. The room I booked was a standard room, but there were three of us. When Xiao Wei at the front desk heard that there were three of us, he immediately gave us an extra breakfast every day. The dishes were rich and varied, including hot dishes, cold dishes, vegetarian dishes, non-vegetarian dishes, meat, milk, eggs, various desserts, fruits, and drinks. Here, I would like to thank Xiao Li, Xiao Wei and other service staff at the front desk. There is a detail. When eating breakfast, I saw that the guests were not picking up the food with a tray. The staff at the door saw it and was very discerning. They quickly sent it over. Thumbs up! Thank you! ! Finally, I would like to say that I have booked many rooms on Ctrip, but I have hardly commented on them. The experience is not very good. This time, I am very satisfied with H Hotel and its staff!
