Services: The hotel arrival experience was average; some staff members were friendly, while others came across as quite stern. The person who assisted with my luggage seemed a bit unfriendly, which made me hesitant to ask him any questions. The rest of the staff were generally fine, though. I appreciated the birthday cake and the decorations in my room, which certainly added to the experience. However, the overall warmth and hospitality from the staff were lacking. One moment that I found slightly insulting was when a staff member asked me if I had taken their hotel room pouch while I was waiting for my taxi to my next hotel. It felt as though they suspected me of theft. Additionally, the hotel did not provide basic amenities like a toothbrush and shower caps, and I was too fatigued from jet lag to request them. Fortunately, I had packed my own toothbrush. Restaurant: The restaurant staff provided a much better service than the hotel staff. They were polite and accommodating, in contrast to the person who assisted me with my luggage and drove the golf cart. His tone was quite off-putting, making him seem unapproachable and even confrontational at times. Facilities: The bathroom was somewhat dated, with some corners showing signs of mold. The room itself was a bit dimly lit. The highlight of my stay was definitely the private onsen and the performance of ”长恨歌!” 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Conclusion: The money spent was well worth it for the private onsen and the VIP tickets to the ”长恨歌” show! It was truly a fantastic experience and well worth seeing.

There are not many parking spaces, but there will be hotel staff to find a parking space for you and direct. It is very close to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum of Qin Shihuang. It is recommended that everyone take a taxi to ～ breakfast is also very delicious. My child likes to drink his milk and small cakes! The check-in experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommended. It’s directly opposite.Huaqing Palace, and not far from historic site Terra Cotta Warriors and Emperor tomb. Most importantly it’s located above mall with eatery and same level as Hai Di Lao. Subway station line 9 is just opposite to return to Xi’an only cost RMB$7. The outdoor lounge was cozy and lady boss was super friendly.

Service: When you go to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, the boss can drive you to and from there for free; there is an earth cave in the backyard of the B&B, and the boss personally guides the children to make the pottery figurines. There are multiple molds to choose from, and the difficulty of making them varies. facility: The room is well-equipped and provides disposable bath towels, which we happened to not bring. Food: Breakfast is homemade by the boss, which is healthy and delicious. Lunch orders can be delivered to the room, which is good value for money. Environment: There are ponds, fruit trees and swings in the yard that children like very much.

Jielu is in Lintong, so about 40 minutes cab ride from Xi'an North train station. We booked here as it's a short walk to the Terracotta Warriors and it looked like a nice rural spot in the mountains, which it is. Although we arrived after midnight, the reception was open and the friendly welcome. Rooms are spacious with a conservatory/terrace with views of the garden/courtyard and the linen spotless quality cotton and much-needed efficient heating. Breakfast was a selection of pickles, rice porridge, steamed buns and egg with tea or coffee. The right start for walking to the Qin Mausoleum and day of sightseeing. Food in the evening was from an extensive menu, good value and tasty (I had seaweed and egg drop soup with pork/veggie dumplings). Altogether a great location and everything you need for seeing the treasures of the Qin dynasty. Thanks!

Inadequacy: In addition to the small yard and restaurant can take pictures, there is nothing around, a bit boring, there is no set meal such as barbecue hot pot, you can go to the restaurant for dinner, ordinary home-cooked dishes start at 49, some are a bit expensive, there are not many varieties of dishes, and there are fewer options. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the house are a good location for taking pictures, but the inside and outside of the glass are too dirty and mottled. In order to take pictures, we wipe the glass ourselves. This needs to be improved. Breakfast is also a bit stingy, the rice bowl of porridge is really too small, you can continue to add after drinking, but the two dishes are really not enough to eat, the overall restaurant price and dishes are a bit not atmospheric. 891 one night breakfast can be improved. Colorful point: pet friendly, you can enter the house, you can enter the restaurant, the service staff are very friendly to pets, the boss's coal ball is also very friendly.

早上的飛機落地咸陽機場，打車到民宿，到了後是老闆叔叔接待的我們，看見我推的行李箱，叔叔趕忙接過，然後帶我們去房間，我們定的兩室一廳的，兩個房間孩子都很喜歡，整個房間乾淨整潔，物品一應俱全，最重要的還是老闆和老闆娘的服務態度，我們去吃飯，去兵馬俑都是叔叔開車送我們到門口，吃好飯還來接，這麼多年的旅行經歷，真的是最開心的感受，早飯是阿姨親手做的，我娃那麼挑食，阿姨做的早飯吃的精光，很幸福！ 這次的感受好評好評再好評，也是我第一次主動拍照寫好評！非常棒！

It was a very good homestay experience, convenient, warm and comfortable. In particular, the boss and his wife were enthusiastic and considerate in their service. They took the initiative to drive us to the scenic spots and relieved us of many troubles in our tour. I have agreed with the boss to come again during the Pomegranate Festival this year.

The location of the hotel is very good. Huaqing Palace is just outside Metro Line 9. It only takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the hotel. It is very convenient to walk back after watching the performance of Song of Everlasting Regret in the evening. There are many snack bars downstairs. The front desk lady is kind and nice. She not only gave us welcome fruits, but also gave us snacks to take on the road after checking out. The room is very clean and the decoration is very new. Each room is equipped with laundry detergent, makeup remover and facial cleanser. The bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are equipped with 2 different heights. There is also free rice noodles after 10 pm. This stay experience is very good and I will come again in the future.
