Xi'an Weiyang District Hotels

I was quite astonished by the welcoming gift from the esteemed Mr. Wang while I was having breakfast. His fluent English greatly assisted me during my stay at the hotel. I am truly thankful to have encountered such a friend. The service provided by this hotel is exceptionally professional. I intend to return here on my next visit.

One of my favourite hotels in Xi’an, rooms are well equipped, large, clean however it’s extremely warm in the room due to the mandatory heating, and particularly uncomfortable. They even brought an AC unit to the room, and unlocked the window but it didn’t make a lot of difference. Breakfast and evening buffet were lovely with extensive options, hotel also gave voucher for free coffee/drink, which was lovely. Great mall next to hotel with lots of restaurants. Spa on the 7th floor is lovely, thoroughly enjoyed Thai massage. Gym and pool were good, although changing room hygiene could improve. Will stay again, but not when government heating it turned on.

I had a very satisfying stay at Novotel Daming Palace. The front desk service was excellent; every time I passed by, I was greeted warmly. The complimentary drinks and afternoon tea offered by the front desk were also fantastic and a real highlight. The room itself was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided wonderful natural light. The hotel's location is also superb. The Longshouyuan subway station entrance is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to reach lively downtown attractions like the Bell Tower in just about 15 minutes (three stops away). Plus, there's a night market street and large shopping malls nearby for shopping. It was an exceptionally pleasant travel experience. Highly, highly recommended!

I had a layover in Xi'an this time, and after looking at several hotels, I chose Park Plaza, and it certainly didn't disappoint. First off, the service was exceptional. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They proactively upgraded my room. I had previously mentioned needing to catch an 8 AM high-speed train the next day and requested a transfer. They thoughtfully confirmed and arranged everything in advance, and the driver was also very friendly and helpful. The location is truly superb. It's incredibly close to the North Station, just one metro stop away, or less than a 10-minute taxi ride. What's more, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, and there are dining options right across the street. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were quite new. Highly recommended!

located nearby longshou metro station very you can have access to everything from shopping malls to eating streets all are in walking distance. Also the metro station makes you feel near to everywhere! The hotel has a very nice a relaxing design and is very well sound proofing in place And was equipped with a projector with a massive screen! Staff are super friendly and will try their best to accommodate guests! You can wash your clothes in laundry room located on each floor ! There's a small Gym too which I did my daily exercises In there! Breakfast is very good options From toast and butter to steamed buns and dumplings and noodles and .... Everything is very managed and put in the right place! Also a very affordable price!

The moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's lovely ambiance! The friendly front desk staff even helped us with a room upgrade. We ended up with an incredibly spacious room featuring huge floor-to-ceiling windows, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Parking was super convenient, and the best part? It's free – a huge plus for anyone driving! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with the breakfast buffet offering an amazing variety! Absolutely wonderful!

Hotel service is particularly good, the front desk service is warm, the room is clean and tidy, especially good, the hotel must stay in the travel, it is really great, the breakfast is very delicious

Hotel guests use a dedicated elevator that is separated from the staff going to and from the office. The entrance to the laundry room is accessible only when there is a room key. The washing machine is not unlocked until the washing is completed. The menu for breakfast was a little different for two days. It's hot, but the indoor temperature of the breakfast restaurant on the second floor is very cool. It's nice to have a yogurt dispenser. Tableware is heavy, but I'm glad it's not plastic. Coffee has a strong bitter taste, but it's rich in cappuccino's velvet milk foam. Sleeping gowns are for summer, light and very long. The blanket is thick and soft and light. The blanket cover does not feel rough at all, so there is no burden on sensitive skin. The pillow is chubby but very light. It has a view of the train station north of Xi'an, and the night view is great. There are no carpets in the room and the floor is wood. It's convenient to have a marble shelf where you can sit in the shower room. The drain of the shower booth is slow.

Evan and the staffs there are very well trained in providing superb excellent services to travellers whild my stay with them. all of them know what is extra miles and willing to go beyond extra miles for travellers. Kudos to holiday inn for having excellent staff. Especially i would like to praise evan for helping me to courier my item to sg when i am having diffculties in arranging for a courier pick up in xi an. He willing to go extra miles and keep me updated also the status and trying to find other courier companies to see whether they can help me mail out the other items. -Redy

Last time I visited Xi'an, I stayed at the InterContinental. This time, looking for a new experience, I opted for the Xi'an Hai Rong JW Marriott Hotel. It just goes to show, there's always something better out there; Chinese hotels are truly raising the bar! We drove to the hotel, and the parking lot, which is shared with adjacent office buildings, offers complimentary parking. Metro Line 4 is within walking distance, offering convenient access to Xi'an City Wall and Daming Palace. A large shopping mall right next door adds to the convenience. The lobby features soaring high ceilings and an open layout. The 'Ten Thousand Horses Galloping' art installation on the first floor is quite artistic and playful. The sky lobby on the 38th floor beautifully blends traditional Chinese elements with modern design. Inside the rooms, thoughtful Terracotta Warrior-themed decorative details subtly highlight the region's unique heritage. Guest rooms are generously spacious, and the twin beds are 1.35 meters wide, which is perfect for families traveling with children. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and floor-to-ceiling windows filled the room with ample natural light. The night view from our 34th-floor room was particularly captivating. The bathroom features a smart wet/dry separation and boasts luxurious marble finishes. The bathtub even came equipped with bath salts, a nice touch. A 500 RMB deposit was required upon check-in, primarily for potential minibar charges. As we stayed on an executive floor, we had access to the executive lounge. While the variety of food wasn't extensive, the quality was consistently high. The evening happy hour, in particular, offered a diverse selection of hot dishes and tempting desserts. The main breakfast buffet, blending Chinese and Western options, was exceptional. Local specialties like Hulu Tou and Rou Jia Mo were incredibly authentic and delicious. It's truly not to be missed, offering an extensive variety of choices and excellent flavors that our child absolutely loved. Service was consistently prompt and efficient, with attentive care provided throughout our entire stay, from check-in to check-out. We'll definitely choose the JW Marriott again on our next visit to Xi'an. It truly lives up to the top-tier Marriott standard. And finally, regarding the price: for less than 1,000 RMB, you can indulge in a day of luxurious living – truly a fantastic value!
