Xi'an Lianhu District Hotels

The hotel is conveniently located, not too rowdy. The service & ammenities are great. Everything that u need, housekeeping is good but can be better, ie they did not replenish the toilet rolls, we stayed in a family room for 4 pax, the usage is high. But overall i would give a 9/10.

The hotel seems a little bit worn out, but for sure was a top notch one. Some of the facilities and extras were really impressive - like having a surround sound system in the room, special kids slippers, pyjamas, etc. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We even had a tea tasting. In general the hotel is a good value for money. It was a little bit too noisy as the opposite building is under construction and the works don't stop even after midnight.

Glad to select this hotel for my stay. Most of my shopping is done at this area. Conveniently located in a small alley right beside Bell Tower. A short 1-2 mins walk to MRT entrance/Bell Tower which is the pickup area for day tour. It's a 5 mins walk to Muslim Street / Haidilao. Luomashi pedestrian street, Kai Yuan Mall, KFC, McD, Chagee, 7-11 are all around the corner. I tried the HanFu Experience from one of the shops nearby. Room size is decent and clean with necessary amenities refilled everyday. Bottled water, tea bags, coffee packs are provided daily. WiFi works well with our devices. Breakfast consists of pastries, Sunny side-up, cereal, porridge, fruits, salad and Live cook station. Simple but sufficient for daily energy fuel up. Staffs are friendly and able to accommodate my request for having 2 rooms next to each other. I checked in at 2:30AM and it took only few mins to complete the process - superb after a long flight. There are a few convenience stalls below the hotel and many eateries along the tunnel street to main road.

Excellent. Super new and clean. Spacious, Modern decor. Bed firm, with different pillow options. Sound insulation was good, so no traffic noise. Heat insulation excellent too. Was here in end nov (temperature of 5-10 degree Celsius), and didn’t even turn on the heat in the room. location convenient, between 2 metro stations with main tourist metro lines. Walking distance to drum tower, Muslim street and old city wall. Breakfast had good variety. Staff was very helpful. Excellent for the price. No complaints. Highly recommend.

The beautiful woman at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. She poured a glass of tangyuan soup for me as soon as I entered and was very friendly and comfortable. She smiled throughout the entire process, making me feel embarrassed and a little shy. The front desk also placed peppermint candies, which were sweet and delicious. In the afternoon, I couldn't wait to explore the ancient city. The little sister at the front desk introduced me to the tourist route very well. Before leaving, she brought me a bottle of water. It was so thoughtful. The staff were also very polite, clean and tidy, and the service was warm. The location of the hotel was good. In short, I was very satisfied with the entire stay, and the cost was economical, but the treatment was five-star. I really love this hotel. 11. The hotel has a good environment and a strategic location. The front desk reception service is warm and considerate. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the guests' shoes and provided a very satisfactory stay. I felt the warmth of home at this hotel. The beds are comfortable, the amenities are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel. 12.

The hotel is very strategically located near Anyuanmen and many restaurants/convenience stores. While it’s a bit far from the nearest Metro station, there is a bus stop just in front of it, so you can also get to the Bell Tower quickly from there. The facilities are unbelievably complete for what I paid. The room space is big, almost everything can be controlled digitally in the room, from opening the curtains to setting up music via bluetooth. There is also a small washing machine in the bathroom for underwear only, and a laundry room for everything else. The hotel also has a simple gym near the entrance should you need it. Furthermore, although I didn’t try it, the hotel also provides free renting of Hanfu (there never seems to be anybody manning the station, but I suppose if you make an appointment they can provide it for you) I also found the staff very friendly and helpful, one lady even gladly helped me with all my laundry overnight from washing to drying despite communication difficulties. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and would definitely come back should I have the chance to visit Xi’an again in the future!

1. Comfort: The heating in Xi'an was turned off in April, and the parent-child suites were only on the shady side, which was particularly unfriendly to families with elderly people and children. The room was very cold, and you had to cover yourself with a quilt when you rested in the room during the day. Although there was air conditioning, it was an old-fashioned central air conditioner with only natural wind and no heating function. 2. Decoration: The glass is dark, the color of the corridor is also very dark, the weather is originally gray, the overall feeling is even more uncomfortable, the door is very small, more like the decoration of 20 years ago, but the parent-child room still has some thoughtful details, such as the sheets, pillows and bedside tables have a strong sense of theme, and there are alpaca toys in the room. 3. Sound insulation: I could hear people talking next door, the sound of the faucet, the ringing of the cell phone, and the use of the SMS. At one point I wondered if they were in my own room. 4. Hygiene: It’s just average. I found one of the pillowcases had obvious yellow stains before going to bed. Fortunately, I had many pillows, so I changed it for a clean one.
