Xi'an Lianhu District Hotels

First of all, the hotel is located near the metro and it is easy to find it. Secondly, the process of checking into the hotel was smooth. The receptionists are polite at all times. There is a free flow of hot drinks at the lobby. Near the lobby there is an ironing section, laundry section and gym room. But only two washing machines are provided for hundreds of rooms. But Wang Aunty is good enough to help guests take out the washed clothing out from the washing machines and put them in the dryer. Cao Supervisor helped us to iron out clothes as the old iron was not in function. Our rooms are far away from the lifts but the rooms are in a quiet place. Beds and pillows are good to sleep in. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and the breakfast was provided almost the same everyday but they changed it a little bit. The cleaner aunty in the restaurant is polite. The location is good not really far from the Muslim Quarter. The bus stop is just in front of this hotel. We took didi easily. AI XiaoLe in the room was not helpful. Overall, I still suggest that this hotel is more friendly to guests and we felt warm like at home.

If I could leave 10 stars instead of 5 - I definitely would. This is a lovely hotel with a great location - just 5 minutes from the Drum Tower and Muslim street market. Very clean, spacious rooms, all amenities are provided (slippers, toothbrush etc). But the main reason why I would rate it very high is the hotel's staff and particularly reception ladies. EXCEPTIONALLY helpful - I had issues with my airline and they helped me to sort it out, if you need anything (sewing kit, razor etc) - they'll arrange it for you right away. Massive THANK YOU - you are the example of what customer service really is❤️ If I ever come back to Xi'an - definitely will be staying in this hotel again 🥰

The hotel offers a pleasant environment with excellent cleanliness and commendable service. The staff, particularly the butler Xiao Ling, were exceptionally attentive and hospitable throughout my stay. The room was cosy and well-appointed, with very comfortable bedding. Overall, it was a highly satisfactory experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xi’an. 酒店环境舒适，卫生条件出色，服务也非常周到。管家小灵热情细心，入住期间提供了无微不至的照顾。房间温馨雅致，床品柔软舒适。整体体验非常满意，下次来西安还会选择入住。

The hotel is very strategically located near Anyuanmen and many restaurants/convenience stores. While it’s a bit far from the nearest Metro station, there is a bus stop just in front of it, so you can also get to the Bell Tower quickly from there. The facilities are unbelievably complete for what I paid. The room space is big, almost everything can be controlled digitally in the room, from opening the curtains to setting up music via bluetooth. There is also a small washing machine in the bathroom for underwear only, and a laundry room for everything else. The hotel also has a simple gym near the entrance should you need it. Furthermore, although I didn’t try it, the hotel also provides free renting of Hanfu (there never seems to be anybody manning the station, but I suppose if you make an appointment they can provide it for you) I also found the staff very friendly and helpful, one lady even gladly helped me with all my laundry overnight from washing to drying despite communication difficulties. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and would definitely come back should I have the chance to visit Xi’an again in the future!

My family of 9 stayed in Xi’An Bell Tower Manxin Hotel for a week and it is by far the best hotels we hv stayed in our many recent trips to China. Love that it is newly opened just a few months ago and the location is a comfortable walking distance away to the Bell Tower and Hui Min Muslim Street. Lots of nice restaurants, eateries and shops surrounding the hotel and the metro station is also a short walk away. Fell in love with the hotel’s hardworking robot as well as the super clean and lovely laundry facilities which are free for guests to use. Hotel room is big. Breakfast spread is amazing too! It will remain my #1 choice when we revisit Xi’An for sure. Highly recommended!!!

The beautiful woman at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. She poured a glass of tangyuan soup for me as soon as I entered and was very friendly and comfortable. She smiled throughout the entire process, making me feel embarrassed and a little shy. The front desk also placed peppermint candies, which were sweet and delicious. In the afternoon, I couldn't wait to explore the ancient city. The little sister at the front desk introduced me to the tourist route very well. Before leaving, she brought me a bottle of water. It was so thoughtful. The staff were also very polite, clean and tidy, and the service was warm. The location of the hotel was good. In short, I was very satisfied with the entire stay, and the cost was economical, but the treatment was five-star. I really love this hotel. 11. The hotel has a good environment and a strategic location. The front desk reception service is warm and considerate. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the guests' shoes and provided a very satisfactory stay. I felt the warmth of home at this hotel. The beds are comfortable, the amenities are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel. 12.

Totally enjoyed staying in this hotel. It’s newly renovated and budget friendly. It is so convenient with food court on the ground floor and walking distance to the famous Bell Tower, City Wall, metro lines, and just behind the hotel are the Muslim Streets where you find all kinds of food.  The night comes alive around the hotel with beautiful lights bustling with people. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the tour staff at the hotel lobby is very helpful and offers advice on traveling around the city and even offer transportation service to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay in Xian.

The hotel is very good. The service attitude of the young ladies Tiantian and Yanyan is very good, thoughtful and polite. The hotel also has free parking, which is convenient. There is also a buffet afternoon tea, which is rich and varied. It is not far from the attractions and is convenient for travel. The hotel environment is good, the room facilities and equipment are complete, and the hygiene is also clean. It is also a good hotel, recommended!

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. It is very close to the subway entrance, there is a food street on the first floor, and it is only 30 meters away from the clock tower. Located in the city center, it is very convenient to go everywhere. The hotel also has free laundry and gym, which is very convenient!

The first time I came to Xi'an, I stayed in this treasure hotel. The low-key and luxurious decoration style is my favorite. The public areas of the hotel are full of beautiful scenery, especially the exquisite and luxurious breakfast, the simple and warm supper, and the polite and lovely front desk clerk. I am very satisfied.
