Excellent Stay in the Heart of Xi'an – Quiet, Comfortable & Exceptional Service. Eastern House is a hidden gem in the center of Xi'an, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Despite its central location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The check-in process was seamless, and we were in our room in no time. The bed was exquisitely comfortable, making it easy to recharge after a day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious, with a focus on quality over quantity. For those needing halal options, the staff is happy to assist—just ask! What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to CiCi, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The self-service laundry was also a great convenience for travelers. Overall, Eastern House provides outstanding comfort, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

The hotel was lovely and the location was great. We might suggest that on your site you mention a different name as it is not really in the bell tower xi’an yonginman … in fact we never saw that name, tho the address is correct. It’s a few blocks from the bell tower circle and there are several more hotels of the belt tower . There is nowhere on the hotel that says Xi’an Belltower, yongiman, elegant hotel. on the door is Mehood elegant hotel (see picture)- but this is a barely noticeable sign and the entry is really tricky. there is an elevator that says lobby elevator 1 … but in fact you need to press 5 and get up to the 5th floor to find the lobby! and the elevator floor signs (1-5) do not indicate this … Our suggestion is to put a much larger sign on the hotel and to better indicate that hotel lobby is on the fifth floor! the pix below is a small sign on a small door with only name we saw. there are many other doors in the area.

I'm not sure what the name of this hotel is supposed to be, it's called ”OrangeHao” on Trip.com, ”Chengyu Chegnhao Hotel” inside the hotel, and ”Wanmeng Holiday Hotel” above the door! Apart from this annoying confusion when finding it, the hotel is easy to get to from the metro, and it's also convenient for restaurants and tourist sites. The room was excellent - very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Definitely recommended.

This hotel was super clean, fantastic amenities, very kind and helpful staff and location is very good. They have lovely and cute Cats 😍😊 You can play with them 😃😍😊 I love this Hotel and go there again when travel to Xian

Well located hotel about a 5-10 minute walk to the city wall and 20min walk to the popular eat streets. A few large malls and the closest metro (below the mall) are also about a 10 min walk away! The room was larger than expected and clean, house kept everyday. Special shout out to the young lady Wan Zi (Tian) for her excellent service, the other service staff were also helpful but we mainly interacted with Wan Zi who helped us from check in to check out and shared her WeChat details to share her own travel guide and even went and helped us to find a massage spot! The hotel offers free sweet soup in the evenings and she would send us a photo of what it was everyday and asked if we needed a couple bowls saved if we were out which was very sweet. They offer laundry service but due to hygiene don’t wash undies and socks so we would recommend you to get this done at your other accommodation (if possible) before coming. Gym is also sufficient, breakfast had a huge variety of options, mainly catered to eastern/Chinese diet but had enough western options for a well balanced diet (yoghurt, eggs, toast, fruit etc). There’s currently construction at the neighbouring property so ask for a quieter room if coming to stay soon! Otherwise, we’d highly recommend staying here especially for the price point :)

Must give a high rate for the location, staff service! Very thankful that the staff gave us helpful hands and warmed our hearts when I had the needs. I would repeat my stay if I am visiting Xi'an again.. location is superb, bell tower and subway entrance no.6 is just in front of the hotel main entrance.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The service was great, and the staff were truly amazing – friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore Xi’an. Everything went perfectly during my stay, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Xi’an!

Had a very good experience during our stay at this hotel. Great location; near to Metro station & happening/buzzing night time with a lot activities. Suitable for those who is seeking activities during daytime & night time. Staff at counter are very friendly & helpful. We added up one additional night stay & the counter staff helped us no need to check out & changing the room. Rooms are cleaned everyday.

The hotel is situated rather far from the tourist attraction such as Drum & Bell Tower & Huimin Street. But we found out the charm of the place much later which you can explore less commercial restaurants and more real livelihoods of the locals. It is a less busy place and near to the metro line 6 DACHAISHI. The free self-serving laundry service is good too. The social place outside the entrance is where you can make new friends with other travellers.

Good : location was great, just 5 min walk from subway, 20 min ride from the Great goose pagoda. The breakfast was great too, good variety. The room has a smart system but it's a bit confusive. The bed is big and comfortable. The heating system is good.The staff of the hotel was professional and kind. Bad : Even with the modern smart system, the room is a bit outdated. It was dark, and the window didnt provide enough daily light. The glass between the room and the toilet was transparent and doesnt give you any privacy. Unfortunately, even though we asked for a non smoking room, we got a smoking one so we were a bit dissapointed because it had a smell of cigarettes.
