Stayed at Ibis Hotel Guanji Street. The room was spacious and clean, with good facilities. Location is excellent — just a short walk to the Muslim Quarter and close to the subway. The hotel also provides free laundry and breakfast, which made the stay even more convenient and comfortable

It was a great stay, the breakfast was great and location too as well. You can take yogurts to go as snacks.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Ibis while in Xian for the first time and received excellent service from all the staff who helped with laundry, recommendations, and directions.
The room itself is spacious with a large bed, but the AC could probably work a little better. Still, I am looking forward to returning during my next stay in Xi'an.

Great location as it’s super close to the muslim street. A bit far from the metro though. Receptionist is super helpful and friendly. If you order food delivery, there’s even a robot that brings the food to your room. Overall, great cleanliness and spacious-ness as well! They also provide two pillow hardness depending on your preference

This ibis is my home away from home; every time I am in xi'an I am here ...meaning I stay here.Having a hospitality background my insight/opinions are usually much deeper than an average guest's (so excuse me if i sound too critical at times).
Things have improved a bit in a few ways and at the same time certain things have gone south. Free laundry service is a great thing for the guests but the hotel needs to put a signage in the laundry room informing guests "NOT TO TAKE OUT OTHER GUESTS' CLOTHES WHILE THE MACHINES ARE STILL RUNNING".
Also I would like to see a mini-bar (small fridge) in the rooms as in summer there is a need for cold water as well as storing food items such as fruit, yogurt and milk ( especially for long stay guests). A new car park space is being utilized on one side of the hotel's entrance which is great for the guests I guess but the last car parked closest to the main entrance of the hotel blocks entry to the ramp for the luggage/wheelchairs for the elderly and or disabled.( i was told to enter from the other side; which is common sense but NOT HOSPITALITY).
Overall, a great location and a great place to have a good night sleep.
