The service is very good, the lady at the front desk is very friendly and kind. The room is large and spacious. The daily cleaning is very good and clean. The hotel is located in a residential area, but very close to Muslim Street, Drum Tower and Bell Tower. Metro Line 6 is also very close, less than five minutes away.

Staff should use service elevator or stairs for carrying Garbage bags and not the guest elevator; if no other choice then moving the garbage bags should be done at a time when there is no guest traffic.
Staff should be trained to understand what a "dnd" ( do not disturb) sign means.

We booked this hotel due to its great reviews but we’re a little disappointed. The location is good and the staff were friendly but the hotel was on the dirty side and very basic. One plus is they have a laundry room that I think was available to guests (we didn’t use it but thought it was a very nice perk).
