經常住全季，第一此遇到，這家酒店不管客人的要求。
預訂的時候就備註要求，要安靜的房間。就這一個要求，不難吧？結果按我提前備註的時間到店的時候，房間不僅沒準備好，而且完全不知道我有這個要求。
我要求換房時，電話那邊一位女員工還説要給我換電梯口的房間。一個要求講三次，求求了，咱沒仇吧？我覺得還是要互相尊重一下吧。
而且房間裏還有之前開封過的牙膏。門鎖還是鬆動等的，管理層也太失職了？不做培訓的。

房間乾淨，床和枕頭都很舒服，房間能看到公園，心情舒適。退房時工作人員態度很好，給我們提供了幫助，真的非常感謝，請給這樣的員工加雞腿！

1.插座是壞的（修了照樣不敢用，圖1是沒修前/圖2修之後這也能告訴我是修好了…真的不怕出事嗎）
2.浴室水温第一天是涼的（調到最左邊依舊是涼的）
3.早餐夾子是超級難用的（根本夾不起來 幅度太小且沒有彈力）
4.早餐牛奶箱的牛奶沒了也不加
5.咖啡機“水箱缺水”也打不了咖啡
6.電梯間狹窄，而且衹有一個電梯能下負一樓
7.洗衣房的便簽粘貼處沒有磁吸式 便利貼貼上接着就掉到地上 人真的沒轍了…
8..第三天晚上的時候要洗澡了發現房間沒給放浴巾 還少一條毛巾 暈了真的暈了
9.第三天半夜十二點多隔壁房間有一名男子大吵大鬧大吼大叫 摔凳子砸牆 能把人嚇死…（比較好的一點是打電話給前台前台去隔壁交涉了 給前台小哥點贊 但是除此之外這家店真的應該整修了…體驗太太太差了 不敢相信是全季的水準

距興慶宮很近，到城牆和地鐵站也不算太遠（步行20分鐘），附近就是居民點，煙火氣十足，周邊配套的餐飲設施也多，服務員有禮貌，熱情。住房設設施齊全環境衞生整潔。

定了高級家庭房 房間風景很好 一打開房間有一點味道 可能是消毒水 不太好聞但是打開窗子和空調很快就散出去了 樓下就是公園 可以去散步 還有很多好吃的燒烤 不過晚上和早晨有一點吵 需要關上窗子睡覺 前台小姐姐的態度很好👍🏻
