Very difficult to find it. Hardly see any signboard directions to the hotel. Asked around several times to locate this.
However, very friendly and helpful business owner.

The apartment hotel is quite good. There is heating on all floors, so it is not cold at all in winter. The owner is very nice and has a good service attitude. The price is affordable. There is a subway station downstairs and the Provincial People's Hospital opposite.

Its Hard to find it the first time, so I would recomend to coordinate with the hostal a meeting point. The building Alley smell like piss, but the appartmen it self is clean-ish. It has washing machine and hanger in the room, so kudos on that. The owner was too phisically friendly with my hustband, so keep that in mind. Nothing to be worried but deffenitly weird. Great location though
