價位比較合適，位置距離地鐵站有點遠，設備有點舊，空調熱水挺好的，服務很熱情，因為是無窗房間，有空氣凈化器還可以，早餐可以，性價比高

前台人員服務都非常的貼心親和且熱情主動,前台人員會幫忙烘乾整理等等，前台接待服務很好很熱情，真的非常的讓人有回家的感覺,提出的需求都是儘可能的去給安排,非常周到,周
邊購物休閑很方便，離地鐵站不遠，雖然不在旅遊中心區，但是出行很方便，樓下吃飯的地方也多很方便

入住西安，選擇了星程。辦理入住很順利，小姐還給我挑選了一間視野好的房間。早上起來，到附近公園轉了轉，用了酒店早餐，很豐盛，味道很好，酒店服務很好,酒店工作人員服務意識超級棒,酒店人員服務相當棒,客房大姐服務好,保安服務好,性價比高很喜歡😍
