The room is quite large, but not very clean. The cleaning was not thorough, and the towels were stained. The smart voice Xiaodu was also useless. It didn't turn off the lights when asked, and the air conditioner didn't turn on when asked. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat. It was very noisy outside in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located and has a decent overall environment. The lobby is small but distinctive. The smart voice control system isn't smart enough, and the air conditioning and TV wouldn't turn on. I asked Xiaodu to turn on the air conditioning, and it said it was, but I had to do it manually, which caused me to wake up in the middle of the night due to the heat. The room was poorly soundproofed, and at 4 a.m., the neighboring room just returned home, and the sound was crystal clear. I notified the front desk and it was resolved, but it was difficult to fall asleep again. The front desk offered to provide coffee and refrigerator magnets, but no one followed up.
