Great Location close by to Drum & Bell Tower and Xi’an City Wall. Breakfast was ok, no big variety. Room did not have a window, which was strange.

Surprised with free upgrade to the best room of the hotel. Unlimited supply of bottles water, free snack, the best hotel I stayed in Xi’an. Clean and delicious breakfast, near to drum bell towers and shopping mall. Nice and friendly hotel staff.

Beautiful clean rooms.. supportive staff. They welcome with drink and fruits.Breakfast was great. Location near the bell n drum tower. Muslim quarter is in walkable distance. Staff helped us with metro and bus details for visiting Terracotta warriors.

The hotel is very good, with many value-added services and a good experience. It is located in the bustling Zhonggu Lou business district, with convenient transportation and close proximity to the subway station, making it easy to get to anywhere. The environment is also very good, with an ancient and elegant atmosphere, soft lighting, and a reasonable overall layout. The "housekeeping service" at the front desk is very good, the staff are enthusiastic and dedicated, and the room arrangement is also quite good. The area is very large, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a bright and shiny appearance. The hygiene is also very clean, with neatly arranged toiletries and comfortable bedding, making it very comfortable to sleep. The sound insulation is also very good, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bathroom and shower are separate and spacious, with a convenient umbrella provided behind the door, as well as a dirty clothes basket and many hangers. Mineral water is available at the elevator entrance of each floor, and my small garden on the fourth floor is also very beautiful. The restaurant on the first floor is also very good, with a rich breakfast and authentic and delicious Shaanxi-style snacks. In general, the experience of staying at this hotel is much better than that of staying at previous hotels, and I recommend that everyone come and experience it.[Joyful]

Ideal location to stay on as it is near the clock and drum tower. Accessible to food street and popular restaurants. Service staffs all very polite and attentive. Helpful throughout our stays.

The hotel is very stylish and modern. The room we had was well equipped with big bathroom. Laundry room is free of charge. Breakfasts we had were delicious and food quality was high, also tasty noodle was available at late evening hours. Really great stay for the price, also receptionist Rourou was helpful, thank you for being that warm and kind

The location of the hotel is good, near at the Metro entrance. When we arrived, they have welcomed us warmly and Rourou accompanied us to our room and explained everything very well. The room is very big, clean and has a good entrainment. At night you can enjoy a bowl of noodles. It’s very delicious and Xiao Zhao serves very well.

Great hotel for visiting Xi’an! While around a 10min walk from the metro station, this place is amazing value and the room came with every amenity you can think of (slippers, robe, toothbrush, comb). We loved our time here!

The hotel is great, the breakfast has great choice is fresh and tasty. Especially maintenece and cleaning services need to be noted as top level.

We have stayed in the hotel during the quiet season for a few days during May. In general, the rooms are very large size and comfortable for it's price. There is one occasion where we tried to seek help from a junior member of staff but due to some misunderstanding, some confusing and mishaps were caused but its nothing major. Although there have been some mishaps during the stay of my trip, the senior managers have highly valued our feedback and staff training. Management of this hotel is very good, highly recommend this hotel to you all! Breakfast is reasonable quality but limited to its international food choice and beverage offers. However, the package i have booked included free snacks afternoon and a bowl of late night noodles during late evenings. This is very helpful after a whole day of travelling around the city! Also, bottles of water are free and unlimited to take. Location is very good as it is close by to metro stations, Muslim Street, Bell and Drum tower and places to eat. Can be very busy at late evenings when there is night market and the stalls could block vehicle access to the road outside of hotel which causes huge traffic queue if you are trying to take a taxi ride to the hotel.

Reception is very welcoming, served us red dates ginger tea, yummy. They are helpful and explained everything well. Even brought us up to our room with fruits.breakfast was good especially noodles prepared fresh by chef. We stayed for a night and when we checked out the next day, we can store our luggages until the time we depart to airport around 7pm. They offered teatime for us too even after we have checked out. They are indeed generous. The lady who is in charge of tours and transport was helpful with places to go and some issues that we faced. Overall, we felt satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to book in Hotel Lestie.
