Location was great. Entrance not easy to spot but after found the hotel gives you rest from the busy street life with all the available street food. Also accessibility is good as it is neer metro line 2.

The location could not be better - right in the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions, especially those you want to visit at night, and nearby a key metro station. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a well designed set up -- for this we had no complaints. Staff ignored my messages to the service WeChat though, then asked for a good review 🤣 Also noise from the street and other rooms was noticeable, but not too much of a problem. Bathroom on the first floor was very dirty, but the rest of the facilities were fine. We didn't have the breakfast. For us, the location was just so convenient, so for more budget conscious travellers like us, this hotel definitely served it's purpose. Recommend.

Friendly staff. Actually nice breakfast ! Little patio is convenient too. Very comfy bed. Our room had basically no window but for such a location and a short trip it's not an issue.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the subway station, and it is super convenient to travel! There are also major shopping malls and food streets around, with everything you need for eating, drinking and having fun. The room is decorated in a simple yet stylish way, and the bed is comfortable and soft, making people not want to get up once they lie down! There is also free mineral water and snacks, which is super thoughtful. The hotel's hygiene standards are really high, every room is spotlessly clean, and even the glass in the bathroom is polished to a shine. The front desk staff has a particularly good service attitude, always smiling, which makes people feel very warm. They also took the initiative to help us carry our luggage, which was so polite! The hotel's breakfast buffet is particularly rich, with a variety of choices including Chinese, Western, and Japanese, as well as on-site cooked omelettes and noodles, which taste amazing! In short, this hotel experience was really great! Whether it is the location, room, hygiene or service, it is impeccable.

It was a very good experience. The front desk was quite enthusiastic. The guy who impressed me the most seemed to be called "Xiao Chi" (I don't know if the word is correct). He was very nice. The hotel is in a very good location. Opposite the Drum Tower, through the Drum Tower is the Muslim Street. There are several delicious restaurants downstairs: Fanji Roujiamo, Shisanchao, Zui Chang'an, and there is also one in Chahua Lane. The subway station is a 3-minute walk. Another point is that we signed up for a one-day tour of Huashan. The tourist gathering point is at the entrance of Xiazhou Mall downstairs. Those who signed up for a one-day tour all gathered here, which is very convenient.

The hotel service is very meticulous and considerate. The front desk receptionist was very gentle and gave a small gift. Although the sign is a little small from the outside, it is very big inside. I forgot to take a few more photos of the hotel. It is really beautiful. I saw an envelope in the service and forgot to keep it as a souvenir. I will go there next time🌹
