房子設計特別，設施也很合理，有小露台，晚上可以看夜景喝茶！別有風味！前台小夥子漫不經心，但是客服服務員都很熱情！在鬧市取靜，周邊也有很多小吃！選擇很多，美中不足時是沒有停車場，有點小遺憾！全家帶長者孩子很適合，

民宿到處都是粉塵。大床房洗澡間花灑和廁所都有側漏和失修的情況。
大廳前台和公共區域凌亂無序。洗衣機和烘乾機衹有一台，而且衞生狀況不堪。
二樓陽台踏板大部分開始鬆動，長者小孩千萬得小心踩踏失足。
很多細節都沒有照顧到。譬如電子門鎖的電池盒蓋子都沒了。浴室廁所外沒有提供可換洗的白色擦腳布，衹有個吸水性極差的黑色地毯。嚴重懷疑地毯每次退房後有沒有被送洗，因為酒店床單毛巾送洗流水網上一般沒有特地處理地毯的項目。
衹提供了一種枕頭。枕頭過於軟塌。
好的部分包括：床墊的軟硬度適中。白天值班的小姐姐們還算有禮貌（不像晚上值班的少年一樣冷漠）。
