My experience at this hotel was fantastic. Out of all my hotel stays within my 2 week holiday in China, this was my favourite stay. The location is convenient being situated just west of the Xi'an Wall and right next to a subway train line. What stood out for me was the service, cleanliness and quality of the rooms/facilities. The hotel staff always greeted us with a smile and catered towards all our requests, (especially the chef who served us with great food). The room was exceptionally clean, tidy and the functionality of the bathroom was great (water pressure, hairdryer etc). The room even provided free fresh fruit and beverages, and easily accessible coffee in the lobby. Additionally the hotel staff would assist with our personal laundry, wash it, place items in bag with our room number which was very helpful. Overall, a great experience, if visiting Xi'an in the future I would definetely visit again.

預訂的安定門如家精選，門口地鐵6號線超級方便，就在酒店門口20米，我是北京過來西安旅遊的家庭，連續入住4天，真的有點兒家的感覺和味道，環境超級好，這裏的服務員超級nice，服務態度好，極力推薦給到來西安旅遊的朋友們，門口就是城牆，早飯種類超級豐富，孩子們超級喜歡，家庭旅遊的首選。

酒店位置很方便，出地鐵口一兩分鐘就到。環境乾淨，入住舒適。五星好評給到前台一位叫許菲菲的工作人員，服務態度熱情，當隔壁還是樓上有些吵鬧的時候及時給出解決方案並處理。真的非常喜歡這樣的工作態度，入住感都提升了很多，下次去西安會首選這家酒店！
