酒店的位置位於市中心，交通便利，出行坐地鐵2/6號線，打車，坐公交都很方便，靠近鐘樓、城牆、回民街等景區和網紅打卡點，晚上下樓走幾分鐘就能看到鐘樓的夜景 出行購物、 遊玩都非常方便快捷。 酒店的早餐是全自助的，中西合併種類豐富滿足了不同人的不同喜好，酒店內部配備有機器人，外賣可以直接送到房間門口，酒店大堂有專門的休息區 還有飲品可供選擇 出門玩一天 回到酒店在大堂歇歇腳很是方便 房間內部設施齊全，酒店配備有健身房和洗衣房洗烘一體一步到位，房間床品也很舒服，前台小尚服務很好，辦理入住積極麻利，各項解釋都很到位，待人十分友善，是來西安很推薦的一家酒店 很不錯！特別是接待我的小尚，不斷幫我解決房間位置問題，不厭其煩。
兵馬俑景區中文講解服務:遇到小苑，很認真的男孩子，大熱天給我們帶來了很好的講解，而且我們這個團才8個人，很舒適的團遊。
設施：2020年建的設施還很新，維護的很好，沒有裝修留下的味道。
衞生：房間很乾凈，保潔阿姨很熱情。
環境：很安靜，就是每個房間的關門聲會互相影響。
服務：前台、餐廳服務都很熱情，我住了5天，每次碰到的都很熱情。

是一晚上停留住的酒店 總體很滿意，房間雖然不是很大的 但保養的還不錯 乾淨清爽 馬桶是自動沖洗的 前台小趙服務棒棒噠，服務細緻，酒店位置出行方便，距離地鐵口很近，兩分鐘就到地鐵口 步行五分鐘就能到達鐘樓，整體格調高雅，服務很到位，早餐中西是相結合，非常豐富，周邊有購物中心，還有老字號飯店集中一條街 位置就去哪都方便，外賣有機器人送到房間，非常滿意的酒店。酒店裡有洗衣和烘乾服務很方便夏天出行 房間裏送的飲料也比較豐富 有可樂和冰峯 電梯口還有礦泉水自取 辦入住時送了酒店自己做的西瓜汁 住的很滿意 下次還選諾富特

前台小趙和小劉服務很好很不錯入住期間也很滿意，酒店有24小時的洗衣房和健身房，還有免費的下午茶都挺不錯的酒店的地理位置很好出門就是地鐵口距離鐘樓也非常近
