I stayed at Huahai for the first time when I was on vacation with my children. I felt very good. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was rich. Most importantly, the staff at the front desk, catering and customer service were very warm and polite.

The environment is very good, quiet and peaceful, the waiters are also very good, but it was raining, so we couldn't let the children play in the yard. Next time we have a chance, we will order a meal and experience it again.

During the trip to Xi'an, I stayed in three hotels. Huahai, W, and Ritz. Huahai's style is very "Mid-Autumn Festival" and "Chang'an", which is quite grand. The garden and lake views in the hotel are good, and there are few people. You can visit Chanba Park nearby, and it is not far from Huaxia Cultural Tourism to watch performances. The disadvantage is that the bathroom and bedroom are separated by glass, which is not very private, and the Chinese chairs are not very comfortable to sit on. In particular, the service is not very standardized, and there is still a big gap with regular star-rated hotels. It is more like a hotel for banquets. For example, the staff never greeted guests when they met them at the elevator entrance, and no one reminded them that the 4th floor shown on the elevator was actually the 5th floor on the room card. I passed by the front desk several times and saw that the working status was also relatively lazy. The part-time waiter in the restaurant could not answer what teas the restaurant had, what ingredients were in the dishes, and even did not set the table when serving the dishes. I was anxious on the spot, and only after I reminded me did I know that it could be put down after changing the plate. 😓 Before leaving, I asked the front desk about the difference between the deluxe standard room and the garden view standard room, and the answer was: the deluxe standard room has no windows. Then I checked the web page and found that the deluxe standard room also has windows. This business ability confuses me. I left a piece of clothing in the room before leaving, and it took me a long time to remember that I left it here. Generally, after checking out, if the hotel finds that a guest has left something behind, they will take the initiative to contact the guest as soon as possible, and will not wait until the guest remembers it. Overall, it is not recommended. It is probably okay to bring the elders here. They may like the style of the hotel and are not so meticulous in their service requirements.
