Worst hotel ever, i have stayed in over 10000 hotels in my life and this is the worst hotel ever. The wall and bathroom are dirty and moudly. The pillows cases are not changed - my is full of hair and lipstick stain and blood stain. Also this is a fake grand hyatt brand. The service is worst of class ever... Bad and indifference attitude... Just the worst.. Run as far away from this hotel. You will thank me later.

Its one of the most dirty hotel what i have ever seen the carpet so dirty and the bathroom also. I was thinking how this hotel still can exist. its a tourist trap daytime cant stay in the room, so noisy. And bad smell everywhere.so pay for a room 380 here. Its a rubbery,i hope the local government check better the hotels in xian, because its make bad name if xian

I stayed here once when I had a class reunion a few years ago, and now I'm here again.
It should have been renovated, the hygiene and environment are better than before.
There is free parking, so you don't have to worry about parking.
It is very close to Sajin Bridge, and I ate a lot of Xi'an specialty snacks.
The brother and sister at the front desk are very enthusiastic and patient. I will come again next time.

The room is very comfortable and spacious. The boss helped us upgrade the room type for free. The room was cleaned very well. There is also a separate makeup mirror in the bathroom, which is great for myopia. It is not expensive even during holidays. The location is also good and it is close to the scenic spots.
