Very nice hotel in a excellent position (about 2 minutes walking from Zhonglou metro station). Our room was cozy and clean, the staff was friendly.

I highly recommend this hotel! The cleanliness and modern design impressed me right away. The spacious rooms provided a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration. The location is excellent—just a two-minute walk to both the Bell and Drum Towers, making it easy to enjoy the area. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. I lost my iPad during my travels, and the staff went above and beyond to help me locate it. Their dedication made a stressful situation much easier.

Previous, paid $26 top up for 4 nights for external window. We check up to climb hua shan. And came back to stay for another night. The hotel has been very nice to provide free upgrade from internal window to external window. We opted breakfast for the last day but nothing fancy. But the breakfast is beautiful renovated. The room was given level 4 it was so near to laundry area very happy.

Glad to select this hotel for my stay. Most of my shopping is done at this area. Conveniently located in a small alley right beside Bell Tower. A short 1-2 mins walk to MRT entrance/Bell Tower which is the pickup area for day tour. It's a 5 mins walk to Muslim Street / Haidilao. Luomashi pedestrian street, Kai Yuan Mall, KFC, McD, Chagee, 7-11 are all around the corner. I tried the HanFu Experience from one of the shops nearby. Room size is decent and clean with necessary amenities refilled everyday. Bottled water, tea bags, coffee packs are provided daily. WiFi works well with our devices. Breakfast consists of pastries, Sunny side-up, cereal, porridge, fruits, salad and Live cook station. Simple but sufficient for daily energy fuel up. Staffs are friendly and able to accommodate my request for having 2 rooms next to each other. I checked in at 2:30AM and it took only few mins to complete the process - superb after a long flight. There are a few convenience stalls below the hotel and many eateries along the tunnel street to main road.

The hotel was nice. No english speaker but the tried to understand us all the time. They were really kind. The position is the best part! Close to bell tower and the underground

Excellent location that is convenient to go everywhere esp the popular Muslim Street (Hui Min Jie) which is just across the hotel with plentiful food. There is a convenient shop downstair. Room is reasonably sized. Hot shower and room hot air con works fine. During my stay my room was quiet enough for a good sleep. Breakfast wise, food was averaged but coffee was good. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommending this value for money hotel. *Perhaps the only things that need to be improved is to have a full length mirror in the room and to have more hooks for hanging of clothes. Great Location and Excellent Service The hotel is very strategically located, just a 5-minute walk from Muslim Street (Huimin Street), with plenty of halal food options nearby. It’s also close to the Drum Tower, Bell Tower, and the metro station. The hotel offers good service, is clean, and the staff speak English.

Very good hotel, very clean rooms, well managed, spacious and clean rooms, including the bathroom. Amenities are well prepared, and the reception staff are very attentive and can speak English. Very good location, not far from the subway exit, near the bell and drum towers, there are many restaurants nearby and there is a 7-Eleven.

The Feiman Hotel is located in the historic city center on a side road next to Xi'ans Bell Tower. The main attractions in the city can be visited by foot or by using the metro. The hotel rooms are clean and match the website pictures. For your information: The slide door for the toilet and shower can only cover one of the rooms at a time. Additionally, it does not completely close these rooms. The windows are a bit noise sensitive, but during the night, the city gets quiet enough to enter a relaxing sleep.

As a family we stayed at Feiman Hotel for 6 days in total in January 2025. The service was exceptional from the front reception to the cleaning staff and the kitchen! All the staff were so lovely and helpful it made our stay memorable. The location of the hotel was very central , just 5 minutes from Muslim quarter and Zhonglou station. The rooms and toilets were always presented clean . Breakfast was a mix of western and local cuisine and great value for the price. Our main criteria when looking for a hotel was cleanliness and central location. This hotel provided both and more! We really appreciate the wonderful service from all the staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel was really great, the room was comfortable, furnished with everything needed. Upon request we got more towels and the room was cleaned every day. Our privacy got taken seriously, which doesn't always happen, so that was very nice. The only not ideal part is that the walls are quite thin, but they do provide you with earplugs. The hotel itself is right in the center of Xi'an, very close to the bell and drum tower and the Muslim street. I would definitely stay here again!
