服務：前台服務態度特別好
設施：比較老舊，但是不耽誤實用性很好，空調效果也很好，總體來説還是非常不錯的，就是浴室洗澡的水水壓太低了，出水量很小，但是熱水温度什麼的還是很ok的，要是水流再大點就更好了
環境：地理位置非常好
衞生：很乾凈衞生

服務温馨；用品乾淨，床舒服，好像床墊和枕頭都是乳膠的。美中不足，裝修年限久。總之體驗不錯！

酒店位置離西安城牆的永寧門、書院門都很近，步行10到15分鐘左右；周圍餐飲密集，推薦老李家的biangbiang麪和關中閆記的雜燴和丸子湯，也都是幾分鐘就到；距公交站、地鐵口都是不超過10分鐘的距離；前台的姑娘們熱情大方、服務周到，會主動帶看房間，儘量安排安靜的位置；保潔阿姨打掃及時、乾淨，早上出門下午4點回來房間已經弄好。本來19號就要退房了，因為天氣原因臨時改變行程，也是前台幫我解決了續住的問題。除了設施老舊一些沒什麼可挑剔的地方。
