The landlady is a very nice person, enthusiastic and warm, and provides thoughtful service. She sent me a travel guide to Xi'an and helped to consult the tour group. Because our schedule was tight, we were unable to return to the accommodation to pick up our luggage when the house was handed over at 12 noon on the third day. The landlady arranged for someone to help temporarily move the packed luggage to another residence downstairs without any complaints during the WeChat communication process, and she was really patient.
