Room looked a bit different than the pictures, they switched the room as they claimed the previous customer decided to stay longer. They weren’t able to provide the room I booked for. Our room was on the fifth floor with no elevator, and the AC in the room was pretty weak (took about an hour to cool the room down since it’s on the top floor). The bathroom was in a strange outdoor-like glass room that felt a bit exposed. The ceiling is made of glass so not good for privacy. Biggest problem was the shower was cold, which they were not able to fix it during my entire stay. Their alternatives of using the shower in a different hotel was very inconvenient and risky as I not know what that hotel is and it’s not protected by the platform. Would not recommend. A side note, for the room I actually booked, the pictures seem that it’s a 2-floor or a loft. When we tried to still get that one instead of the other one, the staff mentioned it’s actually not 2-floor. So possibly fraud I guess? Pay extra attention if you’re also getting it.
