來西安複查時，腎結石的劇痛突然襲來，疼得我直不起身。前台逸佳和小媛接到我的求助電話後，第一時間趕來，跑前跑後幫我聯繫車輛、掛急診，墊付醫葯費時那句“先治病要緊”，穩穩接住了我所有慌亂。到醫院後，醫生説結石太小不用手術，讓多喝水、多跑動促進排出，可我跑了沒一會兒就忍不住吐了。小媛一直守在旁邊，手裡攥着抽紙，見我難受，趕緊遞紙、輕輕拍背，眼裡全是關切，半分嫌棄都沒有。逸佳也捧着水杯站在一旁，怕我疼得口乾，隨時能喝上一口。從下午到深夜十一點，她們始終沒走，連護士都笑着問：“這倆姑娘是你家閨女吧？也太貼心了。”住店那幾天，廚房師傅知道我情況特殊，飯菜特意少放油鹽；客房保潔每天默默把我換下的衣物洗乾淨；前台姑娘還留了便簽，上面寫着“有需要隨時叫我們”。這些細碎的温暖，像冬日裏的暖陽，一點點焐熱了異鄉就醫的寒涼。作為“朵粉”，我打心底裏感謝逸佳、小媛，感謝亞朵——這裏的服務從不是冰冷的流程，而是把客人的難處真真切切放在心上的真誠。下次來西安，一定再來。
