The receptionist named Ella was so friendly and helpful… a lovely person. The hotel was so clean it seemed like it was brand new. Very close to the north Xi’An train station (about 5 minutes in a taxi) and easy to get the Metro into the centre of town. A very comfortable hotel with good amenities. It is not located directly in the heart of the city but I found it easy enough to get around and its very reasonable prices reflect its location.

The hotel is very close to the Xian station and is very clean and modern with great facilities. Breakfast is delicious and served a variety of options, including many vegetarian options as well. The staff is especially commendable, kind and helpful. Special mention for Winnie Pu who was a sweet and very efficient individual and helped with all our needs during our stay. Highly recommend!

Hotel was clean and staffs are friendly and it's near to train station, only concern is there is not much stuffs nearby, no convenient store nearby too

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, it is super clean and receptionists are helpful especially 蒲蒲， she provides us a lot of information of how to travel to the tourist attractions
