Wai Rui Good! The hotel has a strong design and a very Suzhou atmosphere. The quiet and leisurely environment allows you to calm down and appreciate the charm of the ancient capital at the foot of the city walls. The staff are all very energetic. The service is patient and meticulous. The housekeeper Xiao Yu warmly greeted us upon arrival and even asked for feedback after departure. The entire stay exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

酒店是屬於小而精的類型，位置尚可。如果是對酒店周圍風景或者酒店內部富麗堂皇裝修有期待的顧客可能會失望…
但是！其他的就都是優點了：
1、服務滿分，由於酒店客房數少，所以基本上見不到別的客人，更多時候是多個工作人員服務一位住客。同時酒店的服務恰到好處，各方面都能讓顧客有賓至如歸的感受。特別感謝管家小余～
2、內部設施該有的都有，從備品到健身房、酒吧，加上乾淨的衞生環境，有種區別於精品民宿的精緻感。
3、早餐，自助的品質較高，同時有單點菜單，單點的每一道菜味道都很好，也有西安特色菜。就是單點的量有點少，遇到愛吃的得多點幾次。。相比於大五星千篇一律的早餐，這種温馨的餐食有時候更能留下記憶點。
總結一下就是，住的很舒服。有時候相比於知名品牌的大型酒店，SLH旗下的酒店，更能帶給顧客驚喜和回味。

房間乾淨整理，工作人員超級好。會給房間補充水果，晚上不管回酒店多遲，都會問要不要當天的甜湯。期間因計劃有變準備提前退房，也能友好處理，最後忍不住還是住了5天。整體來説各方面都體驗感超好。
