Very nice apartment with everything you need. Location is close to a central metro station and the best gate of the city wall. And if you don't want to go into the walled city, there are plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby (2 minutes walk). Important to mention is the excellent service of host Teddy (former English teacher), who not only gave all kinds of tips, but also offered to go with me to the police station to help register as a tourist and then also took me to the first attraction I wanted to go to (temple). Thanks Teddy!

This is a wonderful apartment.
Firstly, it is conveniently located, there are several shopping malls, a metro station and a large number of cafes nearby, and it is a 5-10 minute walk to the old city wall. In our opinion, this is even better than living inside the old city.
Secondly, it is very pleasant to live in the apartment, because the owner has thought of everything for the convenience of guests (there is a toaster and a rice cooker, a stove, an oven, hot plates, cup stands, napkins are everywhere, a large number of hangers and areas for clothes, there is a washing machine and detergent, an air conditioner, a fireplace, and a heater in case of different weather.)
Thirdly, the apartment has a very beautiful design, which the owner created himself. This is commendable. Everything is also excellent in terms of cleanliness. In our room, street musicians could be heard in the evenings, but this is inevitable given the proximity to the center and the windows facing the center, and in general it was not annoying.
Fourthly, if you are a foreigner, the owner will help with the mandatory registration. The owner went with us to the police station to register, the whole process took about an hour. Along the way, Teddy recommended different places to visit and good places to eat. We are definitely happy that we lived in such a nice apartment and that we met interesting Teddy.

We loved our stay at Teddy's, everything met our expectations! The location is ideal, a stone's throw from the metro and a 15-minute walk from the South Gate of the Wall. The neighborhood is lively and safe. The apartment is a gem: pleasant, functional, clean, and very well equipped! The decor is cozy, you feel right at home. Teddy is an available, attentive, and very flexible host. Communication in English is easy, he helps you with your visits, and didn't hesitate to let us leave our luggage after check-out because our flight had been delayed. The little goodies Teddy left upon arrival are a very welcome little extra (snack, bottle of water, tea, coffee). We definitely recommend it for a great stay in Xi'an.

The room is warmly decorated, clean and unique in style. It is also very close to the Xi'an City Wall. The owner is very nice. The facilities are quite complete, including a microwave oven and a washing machine. You can also cook your own meals.

Excellent Location and easy to get to all the important spots. Good comfortable bed if a little on the short side. Apartment is set up very nice and much more cosy and nicer than hotels in the price range. Helpful responsive host.

The place was compact but well-equipped with everything a home should have. It was conveniently located near coffee shops and small eateries, with a convenience store right below our apartment. Foreign visitors should note that registration at the local police station is required for the rental contract, as it couldn’t be done online during our stay—hopefully, this process will become more convenient in the future. Uncle Teddy was friendly and approachable, and he kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we highly appreciated.
