Location is good with many fashion and eatery shops on the same stretch. I like that it has two toilets and there is even a bathtub! Two basins too. Overall a comfortable and convenient stay. A cute robot will deliver to your room if you order food delivery!

We stayed at the Echarm Hotel in Guangzhou and now in Xi'an.
Good service and friendly staff.
We speak Mandarin so communication is not a problem for us.
Echarm Hotel at Humin Street, Xi'an, is a good location.
Located 3 mins walk from JiaoZiKuo train station, 5 mins walk to AnDingMen, Xi'an Ancient Wall and 40 mins walk to Huimin Street with some shopping for clothes on the way.
Food is convenient and found outside the hotel at a reasonable price.

The hotel was amazing, the room was convinient and clean and comfortable. the staff was incredible! There was a robot that could provide u a water for the room, a small gym, and laundry machines, breakfast was served from 7.00am and it was really tasty. Big thank you to the lady that also did amazing service with the ironing. It was such a great stay here, I really recommend everyone choosing that hotel. The location was also good, nearby the bell tower.

100% would recommend. Very well located. Room was spacious. The staff were really really nice, patient and helpful. Had to have an ice pack for a medication and they kept it in a freezer for us. Also did laundry a bit too late before going to the mausoleum but mad it to the hotel 6 hours later with all our stuff put away nicely in our room

A not so fancy lobby but most importantly is the room and amenities. Bed was comfortable. Very value for money. It is around 1.5km away from bell tower. But full of restaurants next to the hotel. Highly recommended.

This hotel surpassed my expectations, leaving me a good feeling about returning back to Xi'An. Great location, clean hotel, good amenities and helpful staff. This hotel is also very accommodating to travellers with children.

This hotel is great. Not so big but super clean and new! No smell and breakfast choices are great. We enjoyed free breakfast and laundry.

Booked 2 rooms in one booking (total 3 rooms, 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Comes with 2 showers 1 bath tub and 3 toilet). Room has a smart system.
Location is superb right at the city wall one of the gates and right in front of the metro.
Staff was super friendly and approachable. Would stay here again if I come back to Xi An. Many eateries and convenience stores around.

I booked 2 rooms, one with a queen+single and another with 2 singles for our family of 5. Love the location with the metro meters from the doorstep, close to the Bell Tower, supermarket and lots of eateries at doorstep. Love the modern room amenities too as the hotel is new. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had heaters that we could adjust to our liking in winter. Value for money. Would recommend to friends and family!
