Excellent service, whenever you call the reception, they will pick it up about 2 seconds

The service was super! Friendly staff and helpful front desk. They have very high ceiling reception hall, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the morning buffet. Very well located right beside a shopping mall and close to everything including the downtown and the high-speed railway station (Xi'an Bei Station).

Very clean and tidy hotel with great service and amenities. The gym is very clean and well equipped with full windows to see sunrise and sunset. The breakfast was awesome with a variety of fresh food. An absolute great place for solo travellers!

Highly recommend this hotel!!!!! All the facilities are new and the rooms are super clean and spacious. No doubt it was a five star stay. We only stayed for 1 night, but have decided that this hotel will be our go-to-hotel every time we come to Xi’an. My parents enjoyed their stay too. My hubby was very happy that the front desk staff were able to communicate in English. Also accepted the international payment. Oops, did not take any photos of the room.

Great environment and ideal location. The service team went over and abivw to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast in particular was amazing.

Very helpful and professional staff. Good breakfast and a bonus to have free afternoob tea and light buffet dinner. Would definitely come again.

The hotel was excellent! The staff was friendly and the the food amazing! The room was clean and had more than enough space. The pool was great and the kids had a lot of fun. The amenities by the pool was excellent also - hot tub, steam room, and sauna were all clean and really good! I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall a very pleasant stay at JW Marriott. Stayed for 5 nights for leisure. The service standard, hotel room amenities, cleanliness, wifi connectivity are of the standards of an international 5 star hotel. Breakfast is RMB100 if not included in the room booking. Spread was good with a variety of local food options and international menu. Hotel is located within 5 mins walk to the metro station which is about 15 to 20 mins to the bell tower metro station.
